New Construction work at Khali Nawada to Padera Mastipur road in Distt Bareilly in financial year 2026-27

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5.including supply of all meterial T&P, labour and all taxes etc. But excluding GST for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in charge. Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 50 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 including supply of all meterial T&P, labour and all taxes etc. But excluding GST for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in charge. Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.including supply of all meterial T&P, labour and all taxes etc. But excluding GST for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in charge. Providing laying and spreading material on a prepared sub base, cement @ 4% by weight to the spread material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of base as per Technical specification clause 405 (Ch. 0.000 to 2.500 Km)

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using Bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. (Ch. 0.000 to 2.500 Km)

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type as per Technical Specification Clause 508) (Ch. 0.000 to 2.500 Km)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510. (Ch. 0.000 to 2.500 Km)

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads transporting to site spreading grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 including supply of all meterial T&P, labour and all taxes etc. But excluding GST for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in charge. Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 including supply of all meterial T&P, labour and all taxes etc. But excluding GST for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in charge. Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in 1:3:6 open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 including supply of all meterial T&P, labour and all taxes etc. But excluding GST for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in charge.
