Polishing M&L for preparation of old painting/polishing surfaces by scrubbing existing old polished surface with sand paper, cleaning all dust, filling & stop bore holes with pasty filter prepared by mixing plaster of paris water to a creamy consistence and adding raw in quantity required to obtain the desired colour to the base and to surface allow to been dried up and set aside for 24 hrs for the surfaces to harden rub the surface with sand paper it is thoroughly smooth and dried to receive a coat of acrylic wood finish polish complete all as specified and as directed at site. SUPPLY OF FURNITURE (PART -'B')

Almirah steel Medium ( FD 1032) : Overall size shall be 1270mm high,765mm wide and 440mm deep. The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channel base welded to bottom of almirah and shall be 100mm high. Mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick for channel base. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of 765mm length and shall be up to full width of 440mm of almirah. Top, sides, back, bottom and front of almirah shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Three shelves equally spaced making four compartments shall be provided and shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet.Front shutters shall have two leaves. a steel chromium plated handle 100mm long shall be provided to the shutter. A three way locking device shall be provided to front shutters. PVC sheet of size equal to size of leg base shall also be fixed under the legs of almirah irrespective of what is shown on drg .All joints and welding, fixing shall be done according standard workmanship. All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted with two coats of granular silver grey enamel paint over a coat of primer with spray machine after preparation of surfaces Rest all as per drgs

Chair verandah (FD/MAP-II/06) : The overall size of the chair shall be 455mm wide 455mm deep and 940mm high. The frame of the chair shall be of 19mm dia MS tube of wall thickness 1.6mm duly powder coated. The seat and back of the chair shall be of PVC 4mm of weight not less than 1.85 kgs and grooves 90x10mm ten in nos on seat and back. One stiffener 19mm dia MS tube shall be provided in between the front legs as shown in drg. An additional support in seat and back shall be provided at centre between the seat and back duly welded for rest of PVC seat irrespective of what is shown on drg. Rubber shoes of best quality shall be provided to each end of legs.Rest all as per drg.

Table Bed side (FD/E6/MAP/15 ® : The overall size of the table bed side shall be 450mm x 450mm x 600mm from rear and 450mm x 450mm x 500mm from front as shown in drg.The entire frame of table bed side shall be made up of 18mm MS square pipe (18 Gauge) duly black powder coated. The two sides and top shall be made up of 18mm thick prelamainted particle board exterior grade. The Back of the table except the top portion as shown in drg shall be provided with 6mm commercial plywood BWR grade duly screwed to frame. The two sides, back and bottom of drawers of the table shall be made up of 12mm thick commercial plywood irrespective of what is shown on drg, except the front side which shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade. The drawers shall be made functional on teak wood runners fixed inside the tables shown on drg.The drawers of the tables shall be provided with 100mm long CP handles .Rest all as per drg.

Teapoy Verandah (FD/E6/MAP/17) : Overall size shall be 700mm long 400mm wide and 540mm high. The legs, top centre stiffener, top rails and bottom rails shall be of 18mm square MS pipe of wall thickness 1.6 mm.Base tray made of 5mm dia MS bar 12x10 nos at equidistant shall be made and fixed as shown on drg.The top shall be of 18mm thick pre laminated particle board of approved shade and the edges shall be covered with 4mm thick teak wood beading. Hard rubber shoe shall also be fixed to the bottom of each leg.The steel frame shall be painted with synthetic enamel black colour.Rest all as per drg.

FMN Set (FD 220) : MNF set shall be provided as shown on drawing. 15mm dia conduit of MNF set shall be of mild steel tube of 1.6mm wall thickness. The height of MNF shall be 1475mm and width shall be 885mm made to U-shape in such a way that MNF set fits in to flat iron clamps properly for fixing of mosquito net. 7mm dia holes shall be provided in horizontal member of U-frame of mosquito net frame at extreme corners of horizontal member for fixing of mosquito net. MNF set and flat iron clamps shall be painted two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Almirah Large Steel (FD 1031) : All as shown on drg. Overall size shall be 1985mm high,920mm wide and 485mm deep. The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channel bases made in U shaped with ends covered. Mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of the length of 920mm and shall be up to full width of 485mm and shall be 100mm high Top, sides bottom and back of almirah shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet . Four shelves equally spaced of 1mm thick mild steel sheet shall be provided to make five compartments.Front shutter shall two leaves of equal size .Front shutter leaves shall have three butt hinges of 75mm fixed to each shutter and shall be side hung. All joints and welding and fixing shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship. One chromium plated steel handle with a locking device shall be provided as shown on drawing. The locking device shall be three way locking device and shall also be provided with decorative key plate .Make of Lock-Harrison/Godrej. All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted with two coats of silver grey hammer paint internally and extrenally with spray machine after preparation of surfaces.A mark of MES shall also be provided on top left corner of front shutter with visible colour. Painting shall be done with spray machine.Rest all as per drg.Rest all as per drg.

Chair dining (FD/MAP-II/05) : DIMENSION:Overall size shall be 890mm high, 440mm wide and 430mm deep. DESCRIPTION:The size of the legs shall be 30x55mm.Front and side rails shall be of size 30x65mm.Stiifeners of size 20mmx25mm three in nos shall be fixed as specified in drg. PVC seat 4mm thick of PPCP material and weight not less than 0.50 kgs with perforated holes shall be fixed inside the frame of seat with proper screws.one additional stiffener of size 30x25mm shall also be fixed below the seat for extra suuport of PVC seat.The height of the seat shall be at 460mm high from ground.The size of the teak wood back shall be 45x15mm made out of 45x35mm section.25mm dia and 25mm high nylon buffers shall be provided to bottom of all legs. FINISH: All wood surfaces shall be lacquer polished with high gloss finish. Rest all as per drg.

Side Board (FD-1112) : Overall size shall be 1025mm long, 450mm wide and 750mm high. Back shall be 1025mm long and 750mm high pre-laminated particle bd 19mm thick/18mm MDF, Sides shall be 450mm wide and 675mm high pre-laminated particle bd 19mm thick/18mm thick MDF. Base shall be of 75mm high 19mm thick pre-laminated particle bd /18mm thick MDF fixed at 25mm from front and sides. Top and bottom shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle bd/18mm thick MDF. A veticle partition of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle bd /18mm thick MDF shall be provided at 358mm from inside of right hand side pre-laminated particle board/18mm thick MDF. Four drawers shall be provided equally in this space. Three pieces of particle board 40mmx19mm and 358mm long shall be provided over the lower three drawers. Bottom, sides back of drawers shall be of 19mm thick particle bd. The front of drawers shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle bd/18mm thick MDF 20mm x20mm teak wood bearers fixed exactly in centre of both sides of the drawers shall be provided to each drawer. Another 20mm x20mm teak wood bearer shall be fixed to the vertical of the side bd in such a way the the bearers fixed with the sides of the drawer shall slide over smoothly. On left side compartment two horizontal shelves, equally spaced shall provided as shown on drawing. The size of shelves shall be 610mm long, and 387 mm wide. Two side hung shutters shall be provided to left hand side of side board. the shutters shall be side hung with 20mm size piano type hinges. The shutters shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board/18mm thick MDF. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided alround the front shutters and front of shelves. Shelvesh shall be fixed over the standard aluminium shelf support. ON all visible front edges of pre-laminated particle bd/MDF bd shall be provided with 4mm thick teak wood edging. All drawers and shutters shall be provided with one handle each of powder coated mild steel and 100mm long. Two catch spring shall be provided to shutters as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given high gloss French polish with lacquer fininsh.

Table centre (FD 274) : Overall size shall be 760mm long, 600mm wide and 1100mm high. The locker shall be made of mild steel sheet 1mm thick.20 mm dia conduit pipe shall be chrome plated with wall thickness of 1.6 mm shall be fixed with side sockets.Two handles chromium plated 100mm long shall be fixed to shutters with necessary riveting . One hasp and staple 75mm long shall also be fixed to shutters with riveting.The left shutters shall be provided with 100mm long tower bolt inside at upper and lower ends also.The locker shall be provided with compartments as shown in drgs made of 1mm MS sheet. All steel surface internally and externally, exposed to view when placed in position shall be given two coats of green hammer paint internally and externally after properly smoothened the surface with sand paper and applying putty.A Mark of MES shall also be provided at top left corner of front shutter of visible colour. Painting shall be done with spray machine. Rest all specifications are as per drg.

Table Writing (FD 275) :Overall size shall be 1145mm long, 600mm wide and 760mm high. DESCRIPTION:All wood shall be of first class hard teak wood except top and right hand side drawer cabinet. Legs shall be of 35mmx55mm in section and 717mm high having 5mmx5mm in section groove at the top of legs at the portion when placed in position. The top shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board of approved shade and the edges shall be covered with 4mm thick teak wood beading. Two short stiffeners of teak wood of size 50mmx40mm in section irrespective of what is shown on drg shall be provided between legs at 100mm from bottom of legs. Sides of the box which house the drawer and cabinet shall be 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade. Sides and back of drawers shall be of 12mm thick teak wood planks. Bottom of drawers shall be of 6 mm thick plywood commercial.6mm thick plywood commercial 75mm high partition shall be provided in the drawer. Shutter for cabinet shall be fixed with piano type continuous hinges. Lock shall be provided to drawer and shutters. Recessed handle shall be provided to drawer and shutter.25mm dia and 25mm high rubber shoes shall be fixed to bottom of legs. FINISH: All wood surfaces shall be French polished with high gloss finish. Rest all as per drg.

Table Office Clerk Steel (FD 1004) :Overall size shall be 1200mm long, 610mm wide and 760mm high. Steel frame shall be of size 1160x570x742mm .four legs of 25mm mild steel tube of 1.6mm wall thickness shall be provided. Top of legs shall be joined together with 25mm square mild steel tube of wall thickness 1.6mm in long and short sides. Two short stiffeners f same size shall be provided at 130mm from bottom of legs. One long stiffener shall also be provided to the middle of short stiffeners. Three drawers of equal size shall be provided on the right hand side above the stiffener at 130mm high with overall size of 350mm wide and 430mm high and 410mm deep..The top of table shall be provided with pre-laminated particle board of 18/19mm thick with teak veener shade and PVC edging alround the table .Hard rubber/PVC toes shall be provided to the legs. Locking device shall be provided to drawers. All steel surfaces exposed to view shall be given two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer with spray machine after preparation of steel surfaces. Rest all as per drgs.

Charpoy IP with hardtop (FD/MAP-II/01) :Overall size shall be 1980mm long, 900mm wide and 440mm high. DESCRIPTION: Two long rails and two short rails shall be of 25mmx65mmx16 guage MS rectangular pipe .The legs shall be of size 32mmx32mmx16 guage welded to long and short rails as shown on drg.Two stiffeners of size 25mmx25mmx16 guage shall be provided in equidistant between two opposite long rails. Six number cleat of size 25mmx60mmx6mm shall be welded with frame to support ply. Two stiffeners joining legs of size 25mmx25mmx16 guage shall be provided at 150mm from ground level .12mm thick commercial plywood shall be provided for top as shown on drg with proper nut and bolt .PVC hard rubber shoes shall be fixed at bottom of each legs. FINISH: All steel surfaces shall be Pre treated with epoxy powder caoted oven baked with black colour.
