Decoration of exhibition hall with flower/ plant pots, motifs, flowers and other necessary materials as per design including supply of inauguration materials and good quality comments book and pen. The rate should include the cost of keeping an attendant during the exhibition period

Installation and dismantling of mounted photographs (Nandan Foyer and Ground Floor & 1st Floor of Gaganendra shilpo Pradarshasala)

Installation and dismantling charges of the mounted photographs, write ups and captions including carrying , cleaning costs of the (size 48''x36) display boards from Tollygunge Store to the exhibition venue to and fro.

DTP typing and printing including proof-reading of the typed matter in A-4 papers

Temporary electrification for exhibition works including supply and installation of required capacity panel board, cables, copper wires of different sites as required including earthing. The work is executed as per specification of PWD (Electrical) G.S. and the work is executed as per requirement of the above noted work
