Demolishing cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix manually/by mechanical means in all kinds of maintenance works including scaffolding disposal of debris to a lead of 50 mts. ETC. all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer

Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means in all kinds of maintenance works including scaffolding stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of debris to a lead of 50 mtrs. etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Dismantling old plasters/skitting and cleaning the surface for new plaster including scaffolding, disposing debris to a lead of 50 mtrs. etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4( 1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate) with 20mm, 10mm & 6mm nominal size stone aggregate of approved quality in foundations,plinth,and under floor including ramming,leveling,curing,formwork wherever necessary etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying 12mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) proportion in all kinds of maintenance works including hacking of concrete surfaces, curing, scaffolding etc., all complete all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement : 4 sand) proportion in all kinds of maintenance works including hacking of concrete surfaces, finishing with a floating coat of neat cement, curing etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing three track penals sliding window with two glazed with 5mm tinted glass and one wire mesh penals with Aluminium channel for roller track, wool pile, nylon rollers with SS 304 body using R2 series with frame (70mm & above ) x ( 40mm & above ) & both glazed and fly screen sash (25mm & above ) x 50mm & above with zinc alloy (Zamak) powder coated touch lock with hook (height up to 1.2 metre all complete as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size of Tile 600 x 600 mm Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of requiredthickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Hacking of CC flooring including cleaning for surface etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) of area 3 sq. metres and below including stacking within 50 metres lead complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Brick work with non modular fly ash lime bricks (FALG Bricks) conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure in cement mortar 1:6 including cost of scaffolding, raking of joints, curing etc. all complete at all levels as per drawing, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Planning the shutters of doors, windows, ventilators, cupboards, refixing the same on the existing frames or in other frame including ensuring smooth operation of shutter, necessary screws, scaffolding etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge..

Providing and applying Synthetic Enamel Paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade. one or more coats on old work including preparation of surface etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge..

Providing and filling sand in plinth,under floors including watering,ramming,consolidating and dressing,etc. all complete as per drawings,specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge..

Providing and laying coloured CC inter locking paver block ( 80 mm thick, M35) over filling sand/ crusher dust of thickness 100mm all complete as per the specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
