Removing unserviceable ply wood top from Charpoy GI pipe and S&F new 12mm thick BWP gde IS 710 ply wood top of size 1980 x 900mm (approx) with required nut, bolt and washers complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge (FD-220)

Removing unserviceable long rail of charpoy GI pipe and S&F new long rail 32mm dia medium grade GI Pipe threaded at both ends complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (FD-220)

Converting retrieved unserviceable long rail into two short rail duly threaded (from each long rail) as per drg and replacing the same with existing unserviceable short rail of Charpoy GI Pipe complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge (FD-220)

Converting legs from retrieved unserviceable short rail duly threaded (two from each short rail) and S&F MS clamp for MNF Set and replacing the same with existing unserviceable leg in Charpoy GI Pipe including supply and welding of 3mm thick MS plain black sheet, 40mm dia round shape at the bottom of leg complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge (FD-220)

Removing existing unserviceable elbow of charpoy GI Pipe and S&F new 32 mm 3 way GI elbow complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge (FD-220)

Removing existing unserviceabke check nut from charpoy GI Pipe and S&F new GI Check nut 32mm in position complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge (FD-220)

S&F MS Stiffener made out of flat iron of size 900X50x5mm duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge (FD-220)

Removing existing unserviceable MDF Board top from Charpoy GI pipe and S&F new 12mm thick exterior gde MDF Board as Top of size 1980x900mm (approx) with required nut, bolt and washers complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge (FD-220)

Removing existing unserviceable Ply wood top/nylon newar from Charpoy folding and S&F new 8/9 mm thick BWP grade IS-710 plywood top of size 1980x900mm (approx) in two pieces (approx) with required nut, bolt and washers complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge (FD-388 (R))

Replacement of unserviceable mattress of coir/foam size of 900mm x 1980 x 125mm thick of bed hospital complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge (HFD/2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 & 2019)

Removal of following existing unserviceable components from Furniture items carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components including tightening the joints, screwing, welding, glueing, providing hinges,denting, placing every part intact as applicable complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge NOTE:- Work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units including BSO's Furniture Yard and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

FD-75(M) : CHAIR STEEL TUBULAR WITH ARMS

Second class Hard wood seat frame including cane work, fitting in position all as per drg

Second class Hard wood back frame including cane work, fitting in position all as per drg

PVC Arm rest as directed by EIC

Hard rubber shoes as per drg

Rubber cap for conduit pipe as per drg

MS flat clit of 25 x 3mm thick of length 75mm

Welding wherever required as directed by E-in-Incharge

Preparation of surfaces by scraping with sand paper and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint to steel frame by spray machine complete.

Top 18 mm thick pre laminated particle board exterior grade one side teak face veneered and other side commerical balancing white with and including 4 mm thick teak wood beading all around the hard board complete as per drg.

Removing unserviceable seat from chair school and providing new seat with accessories as per drg

Welding wherever required as directed by E-in-Incharge

Removing unserviceable Jali shelf and S&F new Jali Shelves as per drg

Hard rubber shoe superior quality as per drg
