Earthworks

Earth work excavation in foundations in all soils other than soft and hard rock upto the depths specified below including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a distance of 50 m etc., complete for foundations, plinth beam etc.,

a) Upto 1.50 m depth from average ground level.

b) Above 1.50 m to 3.00 m depth from average ground level.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in soft rocks over areas including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineerin- charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in hard rock without blasting over areas including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift more than 1.5m upto 3 m, as directed by Engineerin- charge.

a) Upto 1.50 m depth from average ground level.

b) Above 1.50 m to 3.00 m depth from average ground level.

Felling down carefully trees of girth (measured at a height of 1.0m above ground level) as mentioned below including necessary excavation, removal / destruction of roots, filling the excavated pockets thus formed with good earth, compacting the same, cutting the trunks and branches of trees into suitable pieces for transporting, transporting, stacking and disposing the same at the locations as directed by Engineer – in – Charge, etc., complete.

Beyond 30 cm girth upto and including 60 cm girth

Beyond 60 cm girth upto and including 120 cm girth

Beyond 120 cm girth upto and including 240 cm girth

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared etc. complete as specified and directed.

Chemical blasting using expansive mortar in rocks/PCC/RCC . Drilling vertical or inclined holes in rectangular pattern of required diameter at required spacing and depth. Filling the holes with approved non corrosive and non toxic expansive mortar. Removal of broken pieces of fragmented rocks and making the surface level. upto depth of 3m from FFL.

Lead charges upto 2KM or part thereof for additional lead over the initial lead of 50 m by mechanical transport, including loading, unloading, stacking, the disposable soil, rock , other unserviceable materials etc., Note: Measurement of lead charges will be based on truck measurement with a deduction of voids @20% and 50% for rock

a) for soil and fine materials

b) for rock, RR masoary , debris etc

Transportation of tree branches, trunks and roots, debris, scrap by engaging tractor trolley including cost of fuel, wages of driver and required manpower for loading, transporting up to a lead of 2.0 KM, unloading and stacking in the placed shown by Engineer-in-Charge complete as directed.

Granular Sub base with Coarse Graded Material (Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge)- With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches , plinth , sides of foundation etc.., in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth , consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering , lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Concrete Works

Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 using Portland Pozzolana Cement conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Ambuja, Birla make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork, complete as specified and directed.

Providing centering and shuttering using steel shuttering plates at all depths and heights below and above plinth level, vertical, horizontal, inclined including strutting, propping using steel pipes/acro stagging, removal, cleaning of the same for insitu reinforced cement concrete and in plain cement concrete work as required including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, bracings, brackets and applying one coat of shuttering oil on all shuttering surfaces coming in contact with concrete etc., complete as directed for Foundation, pedestals, plinth beams, etc.,

a) Below and Upto Finish Floor Level

b) Above Finish Floor Level

Extra for additional height in centering, shuttering where ever required with adequate bracing, propping etc., including cost of de-shuttering and decentering at all levels, over a height of 3.5 m, for every additional height of 1 metre or part thereof (Plan area to be measured). in Suspended floors, roofs, landings, beams and balconies

Reinforced Cement Concrete by insitu mixing by WEIGH BATCHING or RMC of Ultra Tech, Birla Ready Mix make of Grade M - 35 (Minimum Cement Content – 370Kg/Cum) using Portland Pozzolana Cement conforming to IS 1489 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd., KCP make) with graded stone aggregate of 20mm maximum size and sand at and at all depths and heights including mixing with superplasticizer of make M/s. Fosroc, Demech, Huntsman, Pidilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT in proportion as per manufacturer’s Specifications, conveying / pumping / placing at all depths / heights below / above plinth level, consolidation, finishing as specified, curing, etc., including providing and placing cover blocks of required sizes in cement mortar 1:1, etc., but excluding Formwork and Steel Reinforcement complete as specified and directed. NOTE:-The concrete of RCC of any grade if it is insitu (site mix) the sand to be used shall be River sand. In case of RMC, the manufactured sand. The blended cement i.e., PPC shall not have more than 35% of pozzolanas.

Casting and fixing in position precast reinforced cement concrete covers of required size in RCC M-25 insitu mixing BY WEIGH BATCHER using Portland Slag Cement conforming to conforming to IS 455 Latest Edition (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech,Chettinadu, Coramandal, KCP) , crushed sand , graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including mixing superplastizer (M/s. Fosroc, Demach, Huntsman, Pedilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT) in proportion as per manufacturer’s specifications including necessary shuttering, providing and fixing cover blocks of required sizes, consolidation finishing as specified, curing, making casting yard and curing tank, stacking carefully at casting yard and transporting to the site of use placing in position as shown in drawings, aligning, leveling, making good all the damaged surfaces etc., complete as directed for covers for storm water drains/trenches with and without holes. NOTE:- GGBS Pozzalanas should not be more than 50 % of weight of cement specified in the code and is of mixed at cement manufacture unit only

Supply, fabrication and erection of Reinforcement bars for Reinforced cement concrete items at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more conforming to IS 1786 of Tata, Vizag,Sail, JSW make, including transport to site, loading and unloading, making fan hooks of required shape, dowels for bonding masonry, transporting steel to site, decoiling, removing of scales, straightening, cutting, bending, fixing bars with chairs, space bars wherever required, in position with two strings of 18 gauge soft drawn annealed MS binding wire inclusive of its supply etc., complete as specified and directed.

Supplying and Fixing in position IRC Fabric of 100X100X4 size conforming to IS 1566 of standard make or its approved equivalent as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Placing in position suitable PVC water stops Serrated with central bulb (225 mm wide, 8-11 mm thick) conforming to IS:12200 for construction/ expansion joints between two RCC members and fixed to the reinforcement with binding wire before pouring concrete etc. complete :

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform with water proof ply 12 mm thick

Supply and grouting, column base, anchor holes, holes, pocket foundation tops etc, mixing placing curing etc with non shrink, free flow, general purpose GP2 grout of approved make (Fosroc, SIKA, pidilite, STP, BASF, ESSAR, ACC) as per manufacturers specification.

Extra over Item-2.10 for providing and mixing 10mm/6 mm aggregate chips before placement of grout mix.

Steel Works

Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Structural Steel work using Rolled Steel Joists, Beams, Channels, Plates, etc., at all levels above and below plinth level including supplying of steel sections and plates conforming to BIS 2062 of make Vizag Steel, Tata, SAIL, Jindal Ispat or any other approved manufacturer using ingots of above manufacturer make, loading, unloading, transporting the steel to site of work, cutting, fabricating using welding/bolts, using weld rods of make D&H, Advani, Philips or its approved equivalent and/or bolts and nuts from approved source, erecting using derricks/pulleys/cranes or any suitable means, fixing in position and painting with one coat of approved red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint as per manufacturers Specifications of make Asian Paint, Berger, Johnson and Nickelson, Nerolac, cleaning the sections /plates by suitable means, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

a) For Rolled steel sections

c) For hollow structural steel section using MS tube

Painting steel surfaces with one coat of zinc chromate primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint Asian, Pidilite, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, berger, of approved shade including preparing surfaces, cleaning, sand papering, including applying and filling crevices or wherever required suitable filler etc, scaffolding, cleaning, etc., complete.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position, foundation bolts using MS rounds of make M/s Tata, Vizag Steel, Jindal or approved equivalent conforming to IS 432 and suitable nuts and plain washers including threading, placing in position in concrete in level using template, providing grease and protective cover like covering with polyethelene sheet to bolts and nuts to correct levels ,etc complete and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing in position Anchor Shells/Expansion shells of approved make of HILTI/FISCHER etc of best quality of 16mm dia for anchoring supporting structural steel columns with necessary MS bolts of required size/length including drilling holes in RCC flooring, aligning bolts to position, proper level, Bolts,Washers Labour, etc., complete as directed.

Supplying , Fabrication and erection of Rain water gutters made to required shape using 6mm thick or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge MS plate conforming to IS 2062 of makes SAIL, Vizag Steel , Jindal or from any manufacturer's source making plate using ingots of above , including required bending and strightenning of sheet at all heights, cutting , welding (using welding rods of D & H , ADVANI , PHILIPS ) and other minor supporting structural members for Rain, Water Gutter etc. including painting with one coat of approved red oxide Zinc chromate primer and two coats of synthetic paint for steel surfaces, cleaning by approved means completed as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing CI gratings conforming to IS 1729 for rain water pipe entry mouths/filter bed, etc., including chasing making holes in existing masonry concrete surfaces, refilling with cement concrete 1:2:4 reinstating to the original conditions, painting with two coats of bitumastic paint, all in level and line complete as directed and specified for rain water mouths, filter bed.

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames and shutters, of profile-B conforming to IS:4351, with frame GI 1.20mm, shutter: GI 0.80 mm and width of 818 mm. Frame profile-100X57 mm including ball bearing butt hinge (SS 304 Grade), of size 100X75X3 mm with screws, Mortise sash lock ( H9-GU-BKS 2160,65 BS/72/9mm), Euro profile 5 pin Cylinder 5702, 70 mm Key, lever handle LT 001, 19 dia with roses & escutheion ( SS 304) including painting as and a opening of 300X300 with required glass on door for vision if required and as directed by Engineer- in-charge

Masonary Works

Brick work using flyash bricks of class designation 7.5 conforming to IS12894 using cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116 ) at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including pilasters, steel / tubular scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed in super structure.

Half brick masonry using fly ash cement bricks as of 7.5 grade in partition walls in cement mortar 1:4 using crushed sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116 at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing, etc., complete including providing stiffeners of reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, 115 mm x 75 mm size at every 900 mm height, necessary formwork, curing, etc., complete as per specifications and as directed but excluding reinforcement.

Providing and laying Autoclaved Aerated concrete(AAC) blocks masonry 100 mm/ 125 mm thick with Grade-1 AAC blocks of density 551 to 650 kg/cum conforming to IS:2185 (Part 3) in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). The rate includes providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6 mm dia M.S. bars at every third course of masonry work.

Cement plastering 15 mm thick for internal walls in cement mortar 1:4 finished smooth and at all heights above plinth level over brick walls or concrete surfaces including making necessary grooves in between junctions of brick masonry and RCC and also other places wherever required over brick walls or concrete surface, preparation of surface, structural grooves if necessary, steel/tubular scaffolding, curing, etc., complete as directed.

Cement plastering 20 mm thick in 2 coats over masonary and concrete surfaces upto a height of 10 mtr with base coat of 12 mm thickness in cement mortar 1:4 and finishing coat of 8mm thickness in cement mortar 1:3 (smooth finish), final rendering,double scaffolding wherever necessary ,hacking of concrete surfaces, etc complete.

Chicken Mesh Providing and fixing plaster mesh/chicken mesh manufactured out of hot dipped galvanised iron of nominal thickness 0.35mm size 25mm x 25mm with a zinc coating of 120gms per sqm along route of walls chipped for services, junction between RCC and brick walls including cost of materials, labour for fixing complete as per specifications.

Random rubble stone masonry using approved local stones in foundations/pedestals etc and plinth at and at all depths below/above finished floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116) including simultaneous flush pointing with the same mortar, bond stones, curing, etc., using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116, complete as specified and directed.

Roof Sheeting Works

Supplying and fixing Fibre Reinforcd Cement Corrugated sheets, 6mm thick of Charminar/ Visakha/ everest make conforming to IS 459 and laying as per IS 3007 at various elevations using necessary safety nets. Roof walk ladders and other standard safety devices including all overlaps, mitring, Supplying and fixing necessary 8mm dia galvanized and polymer coated 'J' or 'L' hooks/bolts of required lenght, bolts, nuts and EPDM washers as per manufactures code of Practice and cutting the sheets as required etc., complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position approved quality weather tight accessories such as ridge place (PAIR), in required shape and profile made of fibre reinforced cement including neessary cutting, profiling, sealants, flat iron buckets, EPDM/beadings etc all complete in accordance with approved manufacture's standard practice using all appropriate safety devises as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and Fixing Trapezoidal profiled color coated Galvalume Sheets for roofings, claddings, rain water pipes etc.at all elevations using sheets in 0.5mm TCT (Total Coated Thickness) and strength not less than 350 N/Sqmm including flashings, corners, ridges, eaves boards, etc., of approved make including scaffolding, fixing the sheets with Stainless Steel self tapping, self drilling and self fastening screws, and EPDM Washers, etc., all complete as directed.

Wood/ Aluminium/ Architectural works

Removing existing wooden/steel /aluminium/UPVC doors, windows, ventilators etc., including shutters, frames architraves, holdfasts etc., very carefully without damaging the frame shutters glass, etc., and transporintg the dismantled doors, windows, ventilators immediately to the departmnetal stores within NFC premises cleaning, disposing of unserviceable materials within a lead of 50 mts complete as directed

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC ( Wood polymer Composite ) solid door/window/ceosetory windows & other FRAMES / CHOWKHAT comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 ( Suspension Grade ), calcium carbonate and natural fibers ( wood powder / rice husk / wheat husk ) and non toxic additives ( maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms ) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750kg/cum , screw withdrawal strength of 2200N (Face ) & 1100 N ( Edge ) , Modulus of Elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A Category with property of being termite/borer proof, water / moisture proof and fire retardent and fixed in position with M.S hold fast / lugs / SS dash fastners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. ( M.S hold fast / lugs or SS dash fastners shall be paid for separately). Note : For WPC solid door/window frames , minus 5mm tolerance in dimensions i.e depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Frame Size 65 x 100 mm

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded wpc ( Wood polymer Composite ) solid decorative type flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 ( Suspension Grade ), calcium carbonate and natural fibers ( wood powder / rice husk / wheat husk ) and non toxic additives ( maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms ) having minimum frame density of 650kg/cum , screw withdrawal strength of 1800N (Face ) & 900 N ( Edge ) , Minimum compressive strength of 2200 N ( Face ) & 1100 N ( Edge ) , Modulus of Elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A Category with property of being termite/borer proof, water / moisture proof and fire retardent. Supplying only approved anodized extruded aluminium heavy quality butt hinges generally conforming to IS specifications CLASSIC, JYOTHI make or approved equivalent make) of size100X75X4mm with cadmium plated wood screws of appropriate size etc., complete as directed for doors etc.

Supplying and fixing to doors at and at all heights above plinth level approved best quality anodized extruded aluminium hanging floor door stopper (twin rubber stopper) with rubber cushion (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS 1868))transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc., complete for twin rubber stopper for all doors except toilet doors of quarters.

Supplying and fixing to wooden doors /steel doors/aluminium partitions at and at all heights above plinth level approved 6 lever cylindrical mortice locks of Godrej /Everite make or approved equivalent make comprising brass body and all parts including sticking plates made of brass, stainless steel keys in duplicate, a pair of mortice lock handles of approved pattern of Godrej make or its approved equivalent make with approved cadmium plated brass screws of appropriate size etc., complete as directed to suit single/double shutters for all doors of guest house including toilets and all doors of quarters except toiliet & utility doors of quarters

Supplying and fixing to wooden doors/steel doors/aluminium partitions etc. and at all heights above plinth level approved anodized extruded aluminium tower bolts conforming to relevant IS specifications (‘Classic’ or its approved equivalent) with approved cadmium plated brass screws of appropriate size etc., complete as directed.

Supplying and fixing to wooden doors /steel doors/aluminium partitions at all heights above plinth level approved anodized extruded aluminium handles with round grip and face plate conforming to relevant IS specifications and with ISI marking ‘Classic’/JYOTHI or approved equivalent and of size 125 mm (grip) with approved cadmium plated screws of appropriate size etc., complete as directed.

Waterproofing and repair works

Providing water proofing treatment to the roof/gutter or any other required surface with cold applied, Acrylic Elastomeric liquid membrane coating over one coat of crystallization coating system Pidilite /Fosroc in the following sequence: a) Cleaning the surfaces from dirt, dust and other contaminations. b) Identifying the areas of leakage by approved means. c) Pressure grouting the area of leakage with cement slurry admixed with expansive grouting additive Conbex 100 of M/s Armstrong or its approved equivalent at a minimum one grout point per 2 Sqm slab area. d) Exposing, cleaning and filling cracks observed in RCC slab/any concrete surface with polymer modified mortar compound/PU sealant. e) Cutting 'V' grooves along concrete and masonry junctions and filling the same with single part Polyurethane sealant,. f) Pre wetting the surface of slab and application of one coat ofcrystallization coating system Xypex / Roofex@ 0.25 lt. /Sqm. g) Applying two coats of high soild, cold applied, Acrylic Elastomeric liquid membrane coating as primer coat at 1:1 dilution@ 250 ml/sqm/coat and 1st coat at 20% dilution @450ml/sqm/coat. h) Laying Fiber mesh on the surface. i) Over the Fiber mesh, Application of two coats of high solid,cold applied, Acrylic Elastomeric liquid membrane coating at 20% dilution @ 450 ml/sq.m/coat, all as per approved manufacturer’s specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Micro Concrete Providing and applying of Pidilite Industries Limited's make- Dr. Fixit Micro Concrete /equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF/Sunanda/ Krishna or any other approved equivalent make, the micro concrete shall be mixed with 6 mm and downsized aggregates shall be added maximum 5 to 15% by the weight of dry micro concrete inside the shuttering. The same should be Cured for 14 days using water complete etc.

Providing New Rebars Removing the existing deteriorated reinforcement and supply and placing of new rebars of suitable diameter including cutting, bending and straightening and placing in position complete in all levels and if necessary, welding the new bars with the existing Rods by over lapping or drilling holes on the sound surface and fixing rebars using suitable epoxy acrylate based anchoring material. with all lead and lift etc. complete (If the rebar is corroded more than 25% of its original size) Note :- Additional rebars of suitable diamete shall be provided with the help of shear connectors. The shear connectors are provided in the repair area in a grid pattern of 200mm x 200mm by drilling holes of 12mm diameter to a depth of 150mm. The drilled holes shall be grouted with epoxy acrylate based anchoring material of BASF/ Sika/ Pidilite/ Fosroc/ Sunanda/ Krishna or any other approved equivalent make.

Flooring Works

Providing and laying Premium Double charged vitrified tile polished finish of size of Tile 600 x 1200 mm using 10mm thick (or thickness as specified by manufacturer) tiles of 1st quality, non-skid, matt finish and non slipperry, double charged , of make Khajharia,Johnson, Somani and Rak s or equivalent approved make with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to S:15622, in all colours and shade, jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. Note:- i) Quoted rate shall include extra adhesive required to match the water proofing plaster if any to maintain the lines and plumb of dado. ii) The quoted rate shall include border / combination of tiles as instructed by the Engineer in Charge iii)The sizes of tiles mentioned are approximate and subject to the availability in market during execution. If the required size is not available the next higher size of tiles shall be used without any extra cost to the Department. The tenderer may note the same and quote accordingly.

Providing and laying Double charged vitrified tile polished finish of size of Tile 600 x 600 mm in floor using 10mm thick (or thickness as specified by manufacturer) tiles of 1st quality, non-skid, matt finish and non slipperry, double charged , of make Khajharia,Johnson, Somani and Rak s or equivalent approved make with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to S:15622, in all colours and shade, jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. Note: i) Quoted rate shall include extra adhesive required to match the water proofing plaster if any to maintain the lines and plumb of dado. ii) The quoted rate shall include border / combination of tiles as instructed by the Engineer in Charge iii)The sizes of tiles mentioned are approximate and subject to the availability in market during execution. Finishing Works

Providing and applying white cement based putty in two coats with average thickness not less than 1 mm, of Birla make or any other approved manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface (external/internal) to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Painting with 2 coats of Acrylic emulsion paint interior grade of tractor emulsion of Asian make or equivalent quality of /Berger/Nerolac makes of first quality and required shade over walls, ceilings etc.,(interior paint) including sand papering, preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches, filling in crevices, holes and cracks etc., with approved filler etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Applying priming coats with water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre of approved brand and manufacture including sand papering, preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches, filling in crevices, holes and cracks etc., with approved filler etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives - Ultima of Asian paint or equivalent. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm.

Painting wooden and masonary surfaces with one coat of applicable primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint Asian, Pidilite, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, berger, of approved shade including preparing surfaces, cleaning, sand papering, including applying and filling crevices or wherever required suitable filler etc, scaffolding, cleaning, etc., complete.

Hacking the existing cement, concrete floor surface at an average of 5 to 7 indentation of 3 to 5 mm deep per 50 sqcm with hacking hammers or chisels, cleaning the aears, disposing the debris within a lead of 50 m etc., complete.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the Zequired duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Plumbing Works

Providing and fixing 110 mm n.b.un-plasticised PVC rain water pipes with necessary PVC clamps, bends, elbows etc and wooden gutties of approved make conforming to IS: 13592 type ‘A’with injection moulded fittings jointing with approved synthetic adhesive seal rings conforming to IS: 5382 embedding the slab junctions leakproof testing complete in line, level and plumb all as directed.

Dismantling Works

Cutting the existing RCC slab/Floor/Road including the existing floor finish if present using diamond floor saw/cutter neatly to the required length, shape, size up to a depth of 200 mm without damaging/distrubing the adjoining areas complete all as directed by EIC.

Cutting using diamond saw or any other suitable equipment grooves of size 6mm X 12mm in flooring at construction joints or as directed by Engineer incharge, including filling with asphalt, cleaning the joints using compressed air, drying the joint before application complete as directed.

Removing the wooden door shutter from door frame, including carefully disconnecting of hinges and door closer from the shutter, removing the door stopper, cutting the door shutter from below as per the available height of door frame after tiling in the room, refixing of the door shutter to the door frame and connecting the hinges, door closer and door stopper with the door shutter, complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Transportation of removed damaged/corroded doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel /aluminium/ wood) shutter including chowkhats,architrave, holdfasts etc., carriage of debris by engaging tractor trolley including cost of fuel, wages of driver and required manpower for loading, transporting up to a lead of 2.0 KM, unloading and stacking in the placed shown by Engineer-in-Charge complete as directed.Note: The size of tractor trolley shall not be less than 3.00 m x 1.90 m x 0.80 m.

Removing carefully existing chainlink fabric from angle iron posts and struts by removing hook bolts, nuts, etc, straightening GI rods (vertical as well as horizontals) etc., rolling back the removed chainlink, collecting hooks, bolts and nuts, stacking including cutting of iron angle posts, dismantling of PCC pedestals, transporting the materials to Departmental stores etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Area of the chain link fabric will be measured for payment.

Removing the existing broken/cracked A.C. roofing Sheets,ridges, hips, vallys, gutters, FRP roofing sheets etc., including G.I. Bolts, Nuts, washers and bitumen washers etc. carefully including required scaffolding and stacking the materials at a lead of 1.0 km as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Dismantling/breaking the existing plain cement concrete surfaces carefully in flooring, ramp etc. to the required size, using pneumatic cutters or any approved means including disposing of debris within a distance of 50 m etc., complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling very carefully the existing reinforced cement concrete at all depths and heights below and above plinth level using pneumatic cutters or any approved means including cutting the reinforcement and transporting bars to departmental stores disposing the debris within the lead of 50 m complete as specified and directed

DISMANTLING THE Acid tile/ceramic tile/vitrified tile etc. including dismantling of bedding mortar, stacking of materials within 50 metres lead and disposing of debris within 50 m lead. etc., complete as specified and directed.

DISMANTLING OLD PLASTER OR SKIRTING, raking out joints and cleaning the surfaces for plaster including scaffolding, disposal of debris to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. etc., complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling very carefully the existing Brick masonry in cement motor with plastering on both sides very carefully at depths/heights above/below plinth level by suitable methods including erection of suitable scaffolding, stacking of useful materials and disposing the unserviceable debris within the lead of 50m, etc., complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling the existing MS tubular gate including cutting the steel posts / removing hold fasts from wall staking and handing over useful materials to departmental stores,disposing the unserviciable debris wiyhin the lead of 50m, etc., complete as specified.

Dismantling very carefully the existing structural steel work at all levels in MS structural sections like angles, channels, MS plain/chequered plates, flats, etc., including scaffolding, cutting of structural steel members by gas cutters or by any approved method, removing the nuts, bolts etc., as required, lowering stacking the reusable material at site and transporting the material to Departmental stores etc., complete as directed

Dismantling very carefully the existing RR masonry in drain etc below/above FFL at all depths and heights including erection of suitable scaffolding, stacking of useful materials and disposing the the unserviceable debris within the lead of 50m etc., complete as specified and directed,

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling manually/ by mechanical means the existing bituminous road upto required depth including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge .
