M & L for cutting and screwing existing GI tubing for addition / alteration(Each cut measured) of size 25 mm bore in existing position without taking up or down all as directed at site.

Dismantling the defective squrrel cage induction motor of 100 HP capacity from bed,disconnecting control wirings and earth wiring,dismanlting the couplings,transporting from pump houses to civil work shop for repairs including cleaning the winding, improve the insulation to required IR value,inspecting the core of stator,rotor,dynamic balancing, tesing of rotor,inspecting of cooling fan, bearing, nut, bolt,washer and re-assembling the motor, transportetion back from work shop to pump House building connecting with necessary electrical connections,fixing & aligning motor with pump including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of the items replaced will be paid separately under items of Sch 'A' as mentioned below:-

All as per item No 34.00 above but pump set 5/7.5 HP

Material and Labour for servicing centrifugal pump of 100 HP including grinding of impeller, facing of housing/defuser and replacement neck rings, bearing set, shaft sleeve, lock nuts, gland folowers, gland and small worn out parts etc for smooth and efficient functioning the pump set all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 36.00 above but centrifugal pump of 60 HP.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B-2 mix 1:2:4 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for grouting of foundation bolts of motor etc all as specified. Note : Rates are deemed to include for demolition of existing concrete and removal of debries.

M&L for replacement of existing u/s coupling guard of Pump motor made out of MS iron fabricating structure, nut, bolts, washers etc.all as directed at site.

Supply & Fix in replacement of Air release valve,20mm size complete all as specified.

M&L for construction of stone masonry valve pit chamber of size 1050x750x1000 mm type 'D' complete with MS cover of 3 mm thick sheet and angle iron frame 40x40x6mm size with locking arrangement including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soild and two coats of synthetic enemal paint over one coat of primer on MS work all as specified all as directed at site. Note : Quoted rate are deemed to include for demolition of old chambers and removal of debries.

M&L in replacement of foot valve 150 mm bore, heavy duty ball foot valve consisting of synthetic rubber coated reinforced ball, CI body flanged and drilled including nuts, bolts complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
