Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil for roads to required slope gradient, camber etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for soling (or Sub base) 150 mm thick spread thickness with broken boulders or quarried stone of grading (75mm to 40mm), interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Wet Mix Macadam, 15 cm thick (compacted thickness) in 2 layers of 75mm thick each, with broken stone aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) Granite, Trap or Basalt spread rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in sub base over WMM complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for cement concrete work as in pavement/hard standing of flexural strength 40Kg/Sq cm in field using 400 Kg of cement per Cum, thickness of concrete shall be 200mm including necessary formwork etc. Note :- (i) Concrete shall be laid in panels as decided by GE (ii) Deduction shall be made for expansion joints. Joints shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of this schedule (iii) Surface shall be broomed finished and shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for screened coarse sand cushioning (25mm thick layer) over PCC sub base for laying concrete Polythene sheet ( Note : Sub base, and polythene sheet shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items)

Material and labour for polythene film of 400 micron thick, white over sand cushionig complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide,filled with sealing compound 'A' Complete all as specified and directed.

Forming 10mm thick expansion joints filled with pre formed bituminious filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound and sealed with sealing compound grade 'A' for 150mm thick slab complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing pre-cast cement concrete as in kerb stones rounded or chamfered on edges type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate including necessary forms and moulds and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of snythetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for 300mm dia (Internal) HDPE pipe suitable for 0.40 mpa working pressure passing through pavement, concrete hardstanding by Trenchless Technology method using ultra sounding technique laid as drain out pipe in slope ( 1:50) and depth upto 1.00 -1.60 mtr which includes Equipment, materials and supervision for laying of Pipe,Excavation. Disposal of excess materials, sheeting, shoring or bracing, dewatering, utility adjustments, grouting (if required), tests, backfilling, clean-up, jointing of Pipes and other related works through a reputed Trenchless Technology Service Pvt ltd completely including all necessary works for construction as required on ground all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m deep & n.exc 1.5m wide; for foundation, or for shafts, wells, sesspits, manholes, sewage lines,pier holes,etc, n. exc 10 sqm on plan, in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for RCC M-25 ( Design Mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for foundations, incl rafts, footings, foundations beams complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for RCC M-25 ( Design Mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregatefor walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like any thickness above top of floorings including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to sides of fair finished curved surfaces of concrete foundations, footings, basers of columns, pipe cap raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical surface etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for use and waste Formwork to faces of walls of curved surfaces of retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work vertical surface etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns/walls, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire Iannealed) not less than 0.90mm dia all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial Item No 19.00 above but 6mm to 8mm dia.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on rough faces of concrete walls all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint over one coat of alkali resistant primer on walls all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for excavation in trenches n.exc 50 mtr wide & n exc 1.50 mtr for foundation in soft/loose soil.

Material and labour for PCC 150mm thick type C-2 (1:3:6) (40mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation filling lean concrete coplete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) as in foundation, footings all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 ( Design Mix) (using 20mm graded aggregate) for columns, as gate pillars, piers, posts and struts all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to sides of Pillars, Posts, Struts columns etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for mild steel framed work such as in steel gates or doors of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusie of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing and similar works confirming to Fe -410-W (Gde E-250 'A' Quality ompletly all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for mild steel plain black sheet of 1.60mm thk in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work cut to size holes punched including round headed screws clout nails or fixed to steel framing including bending or turning up mitred angles etc as required completely all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Excavating in post holes soft/loose soils (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded aggregate ) as in fdn filling and mass concrete for encasing of fencing posts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only for chain link MS galvanised fencing with internal size of mesh 75mm X 75mm thickness of wire-4mm incl line wires, to any type of standard rails, staining bolts, etc incl provn of binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, any size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for rolled section Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming to FE-410-Gde E-250 quality A complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.25mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing & straining and fixing to any type of standard rail straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples pins etc

Material and labour for preparing of New steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of Red oxide primer zinc chrome completel all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparing of New steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of black bituminous coat over a coat of red oxide primer completely all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, includign cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips completely all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for mild steel screw and nuts bolts (machine made) of 11 to 15mm dia of neck with nexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends each scrwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut complete all asspecified and directed.

Supply and fising for MS flat iron straps for securing bolts posts and strut in fencing including cutting drilling holes notching for wire etc, flt iron fillet and similar work conforming to Fe 410 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ;B; bricks straight or curved edceeding 6 mtr mean radius, built in cement and sand mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (Nominal mix) using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping and bed block including whethering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed and necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level n.exc 1.50 mtr above the starting point.

Removal of surpluse soil to a distace n exc 250 mtr and deposited and compacted where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr high above from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance exc 500 mtr but n.exc 1500 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.00 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.
