MAINTENANCE AND CARRYING OUT REPAIRS, CLEANING TO FRESH WATER SUMPS, UNDER GROUND TANKS, OVER HEAD TANKS VALVE CHAMBERS AND CONNECTED WORKS UNDER AGE (I) RnD NSTL, VISAKHAPATNAM

M&L for cleaning the under ground sump of capacity 2,00,000 Gallon by de-canning of water retained in the sump with the help of suitable pump set and removing the silt/ sludge deposited at bottom, cleaning the internal walls of the sump using high pressure vacuum water jet and cleaning followed by anti bacterial (non toxic) spray with UV radation for killing suspended bacteria, white washing the internal wall/ floor surfaces including prepration and painting all the MS & Steel items/structures inside tank with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over one coat of red oxide primer and closing all the air vents with wire mesh to avoid mosquito breeding if any, writing the cleaning date and due date of cleaning with white letters over a coat of black paint back ground complete at domestic area all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1 herein before but under ground sump of capacity 40,000 Gallons

M&L for cleaning the Overhead reservior of capacity 2,50,000 Litre at 18m height staging by de-canning of water retained in the sump with the help of suitable pump set and removing the silt/ sludge deposited at bottom, cleaning the internal walls of the sump using high pressure vacuum water jet and cleaning followed by anti bacterial (non toxic) spray with UV radation for killing suspended bacteria, white washing the internal wall/ floor surfaces including prepration and painting all the MS & Steel items/structures inside tank with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over one coat of red oxide primer and closing all the air vents with wire mesh to avoid mosquito breeding if any, writing the cleaning date and due date of cleaning with white letters over a coat of black paint back ground complete at domestic area all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the static water tank of capacity 40,000 Litre to 100000 Litre by de-canning of water retained in the sump with the help of suitable pump set and removing the silt/ sludge deposited at bottom, cleaning the internal walls of the sump using high pressure vacuum water jet and cleaning followed by anti bacterial (non toxic) spray with UV radation for killing suspended bacteria, white washing the internal wall/ floor surfaces including prepration and painting all the MS & Steel items/structures inside tank with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over one coat of red oxide primer and closing all the air vents with wire mesh to avoid mosquito breeding if any, writing the cleaning date and due date of cleaning with white letters over a coat of black paint back ground complete at domestic and technical area all as specified and directed.

M&L for Disconnecting of electric connections from LT control panel and starter of submersible pump set, removing the pipe line connection from discharge side, lifting submersible pump motor set alongwith column pipe from bore well (depth approx 75 RM) with the help of chain pulley block including transporting to workshop for repair (including minor Repair) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Lowering of submersible pump set including column pipe after repair and reconnecting with existing pipe line and making electric connection with the panel board including replacement of rusted nuts, bolts, rubber gaskets and clamps including transporting from workshop after repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rewinding of submersible motor with copper wire of suitable gauge with insulation after removing the old unservicable winding wire and insulated material, cleaning of stator slots and making good for winding all insulating material for submersible motor of capacity 7.5 HP to 10 HP.

M&L for carring out repairs to existing sluice valve chamber of inner size up to and including 0.9m x 0.9m but not exc 1.2 x 1.2m complete by removing small plants, bushes from inside/out side the valve chamber, cleaning internal/external wall surfaces, refixing loose value chamber cover frame by grouting, plastering internal/external walls with cement mortar 1:3 including filling up damaged portion with precast cement concrete solid block masonry 1:3:6 type C1 in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as directed.

All as per item No 13 herein before but of inner size exc. 1.2m x 1.2m but n.exc 2m x 2m

M&L for complete painting of the installation consisting of connected valves(Sluice valve - 03 and NRV-03) and pipe lines (Pump to UG sump)operated with 3 x 50 HP centrifugel pump/motor sets and control LT panel of the existing colour with one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.
