The traction motor of machine room less Lift shall be of gearless type and placed inside the Lift hoist way. Elevators shall be BMS compatible and cost should includes for obtainig necessary Licence from regulatory authority.

Supply of 1 Phase, 1 TR, 5 star rating, Inverter type Split Air-conditioners whjich has high wall type indoor unit suitable for operation on 230±10%, 50 Hz, 1 phase power supply (along with necessary wiring from nearest power source to the required outdoor and indoor units) having high EER Compressor with Indoor & Outdoor Copper coil,refrigeration having aluminum fins firmly bonded to copper pipe and copper pipe insulation assembled in zinc coated steel frame with Eco friendly R-32 or equivalent refrigeration Gas alongwith copper conductor PVC insulated PVC sheathed multicore power cable from indoor to outdoor unit. The indoor unit should have real time clock, operating facility from cordless remote, along with time and temperature display. Outdoor unit to be installed as Directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of floor mounted high performance Precision AC cooling unit of 3.5 TR with hermetic sealed Fixed Scroll Single Compressor suitable for Critical Technology/Equipment room fan section with dynamically balanced centrifugal fan driven by electronically communicated fan motor, fan shall be composite blade multi rows deep cooling coil of copper tubes & aluminium fins, remote aircooled condenser with copper tubes & aluminium fins, with electronic communicated fan with speed controller electronic / thermostatic expansion valve, insulated drain pan, SNMP/Modbus Card for remote monitoring, microprocessor based programmable logic controller including providing RS485 port for LAN monitoring of Humidity and Temperature of room , Infra Red / steam electrode humidifier, heaters, complete in a unit as per specifications enclosed in a factory fabricated & painted to smooth finish enclosure. Each unit shall facilitate installation in Small Areas, shall feature robust design to run 24x7. The precision packaged unit shall be complete with auto sequencing arrangement as required and shipped out of factory with full refrigerant charge. The compressor shall be suitable for operation on 415 +/- 10%, 50 Hz, 3 phase A.C. power supply, Inside Temperature 21 degree C ± 1 degree C, RH 50 ± 5% as required per NIT Technical specification and AAI approved make.

Supply Erection Installation Testing & Commissioning of 9 Mtr. Octagonal Pole with top mounted galvanized single cross arm for fixing of street light fixtures. The pole shaft shall be made from hot rolled steel plate and provided with the rigid base plate manufactured from MS steel confirming to relevant IS standard of suitable thickness with provision for fixing min. 4 nos. of foundation bolts. The base plate shall be fillet welded to the pole shaft at two locations i.e. from inside and outside. The pole shaft shall have octagonal cross section and shall be continuously tapered with single longitudinal welding. There shall not be any circumferential welding. The octagonal Poles shall have door of approximate 500 mm height at the elevation of 500 mm from the base plate. The hinged door shall be flush with the exterior surface and shall have suitable locking arrangement. There shall also be suitable arrangement for the purpose of earthing.
