EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of the 250 KVA 11/0.433KV Aluminium wound outdoor type oil filled (4 Star/ Level-II) Transformer complete including all accessories like Earthing Terminal, Liftung Lugs, Drain Valve, Oil filling Hole with Plug, Silicagel Breather, First filling of Oil as per IS 355, Arcing Horn, Radiator, Air Release Plug, Conservator Tank etc. along with charging approaval of the Sub-station from the competent authority as directed and specified by the department. Transformer should be as per CEA guideline as ammended up to date. (All require materials for the Sub station will be measured & paid directly. Voltage Ratio : 11/0.433 kV Type of Winding: Aluminium Fittings: Standard fittings as per IS: 2026/77
H.T. CABLE Supplying 3C x 185 Sq.mm, 11kV GRADE(E ) XLPE aluminium conductor steel armoured cables & Laying of Calbe in ground including excavation sand cushing, Protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as requred.
Supplying with erection of PSC Pole 7.50m length with PCC grounting as requried complete etc. as required and directed by the Department.
EARTHING SYSTEM Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
5.6 Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
5.8 Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)
5.9 Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

5.14 Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

5.16 Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.
6.2 Providing and fixing of lightning conductor finial, made of 25mm dia 300mm long G.I. tube, having single prong at top, with 85mm dia 6mm thick G.I. base plate including holes etc. complete as required.
6.4 Jointing copper/ G.I. tape (with another copper / G.I. tape, base of the final or any other metallic object) by riveting/ nut bolting/ sweating and slodering etc. as required.
6.7 Providing and fixing G.I. tape 20mm x 3mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lighting conductor complete as requrired. (For Horizontal run)
6.8 Providing and fixing G.I. tape 20 mm X 3 mm thick on parapet or on surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required. (For vertical run)
6.12 Providing and fixing testing joint, made of 20 mm X 3 mm thick G.I. strip, 125 mm long, with 4 Nos. of G.I. bolts, nuts, chuck nuts and spring washers etc. complete as required.
