Taking down existing unserviceable MS box after disconnecting all electric connection and Supply and fixing factory made enclosure box for mounting meter panel of size 0.6x0.6x0.2m indoor and wall mounting type made of 2mm thick MS sheet with front side openable with two nos hinged type door with locking arrangement and danger notice board, dust and vermin proof including providing all necessary electrical connection by supply and fixing single core multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable of appropriate size, making circular hole for cable entry and exit including cable gland of required size, incl two coat of powder coated paint to out side surface and two coat of synthetic enamel paint to inside surface over a coat of red oxide , and making good the disturbed surfaces or wall etc complete incl necessary nut,bolt, washers for mounting on wall and making provisions for mounting electric meters and MCBs all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth; for trench of FRLS cable etc and getting out in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for sand cushioning for protection of underground FRLS cable consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand all as specified and as directed (Compacted thickness shall only be measured and paid)

Supply and lay bricks common burnt clay building bricks sub-class B of size 230x113x75 complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Drilling of hole horizontally 80/40 mm dia bellow the road for providing casing pipe of cable protection by using mechanical/hand drill

Material and labour for galvanized iron tubing 50 mm bore light grade with all fitting for protection of FRLS cable, laid in trenches/wall/floor incl necessary clamp, bolt/nut if any all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation , earth work shall be measured and paid separately

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated un-sheathed cable with multi-stranded copper conductor of 4.0 sq mm size and drawing into and including concealed PVC conduit of 25 mm dia with earthing cable of PVC insulated un-sheathed stranded copper conductor of size 4.0 sqmm, single core, as earth continuity wire all as specified and as directed. (NOTE: 3 runs of 4.0 Sqmm cable and one run of PVC concealed conduit 25mm dia will be measured as one unit i.e. RM)

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated un-sheathed cable with multi-stranded copper conductor of 6.0 sq mm size and drawing into and including concealed PVC conduit of 25 mm dia with earthing cable of PVC insulated un-sheathed stranded copper conductor of size 6.0 sqmm, single core, as earth continuity wire all as specified and as directed. (NOTE: 3 runs of 6.0 Sqmm cable and one run of PVC concealed conduit 25mm dia will be measured as one unit i.e. RM)

M&L for Earthing complete with 3 m CI pipe 80 mm dia with flanged ends, centrifugally cast, class A, in any length, joints with suitable stainless steel nuts and bolts and sufficient slot up to 2.5mtrs length buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top flanged ended 2.5mtrs below ground label welded/connected with GI strip 32×6mm size on the top edge of the flange to bottom edge of the flanged for earthing including filling the pit with charcoal common salt surrounding the earth pipe including drilling 400 mm dia bore in any strata of soil to lower the CI pipe complete including necessary excavation and earth work PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 with 50 mm thick pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab and necessary testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.
