Dismantling of existing damaged structures, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres)By Manual Means Prestressed / Reinforced cement concrete grade M-20 & above .

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications.PCC Grade M30.

Sealing of cracks/porous concrete with cement grout by injection process through nipples complete.

Sealing of crack / porous concrete with Epoxy Grout by injection through nipples complete.

Steel reinforcement (Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more) for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete .

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Drilling through Jack hammer or Wagon wheel upto32mm dia in piers.

Dewatering of water caused due to seepage of ground water and surface water due to rain etc. excluding excavation of foundation but during execution of civil works including supply of all machine operator, khalashi, POL, T&P, accessories required for proper completion of the work.

Temporarily sealing the stop log gates-10 tiers in a gate grove or Radial gate with the help of divers and all sealing material including all cost of labour,T&P etc required for proper completion of work .

Hire charges of Crane 35 Tonnes capacity for miss works including fuel,operator and all T&P .

Hire charges of Hydraulic excavator of 1 cum bucket for miss works including fuel,operator and all T&P .

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup& lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Priming of the Prepared surface Cleaned surface then shall be primed. Priming shall be done by mixing "XYPEX megamix II(A UV resistant ,fibre reinforcment, nonshrink, abrasion resistant, high strength,comentitious material)" and water in a prescribed ratio of as mentioned in the Technical sanction submitted to Engineer in Charge. Priming shall work to enhance the bonding strength.or Equivalent.

Chipping of the Defective&unsound Concrete and cleaning. Loose delaminated and unsound concrete shall be chipped out completely to reach the sound concrete surface by using concrete breaker/chipping tool.Cleaning shall be done to remove dust,micro fractured particles & foreign material by using grinder, wire brush , air blower and water jet. Area shall be saturated with clean water and allow the surface to come to a saturated,surface dry(SSD) condition). The work shall be done by deploying expert labours having experience of working on hydraulic structure by using latest machines,tools and all safety equipments as directed by the Engineer in charge.
