Construction of new Govt Higher Secondary School building (Science and Commerce), Hemgir block, in the district of Sundaragada for the year 2024-25

Earth work in excavation IN ALL TYPES OF SOILS by mechanical means (Hydraullic excavator)/ manual means overareas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) inculding disposal of excavated earth up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5m with all lead and lift including shoring, shuttering & dewatering (if required) with cost of all Labour, Labour cess ,Hire & Running charges of the water pumps, Sundries, T & P required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer- in- charge.

Supplying & Filling foundation trenches , plinth & ditches with clean course river sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23 c.m. in depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking,royalties and all taxes of sand,cost & conveyance of water, cost of all Labour,labour cess,T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer- in -charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4 cm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm. thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, royalties and cost of all labours,labour cess, T&P etc complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion (to be supplied free of cost at site of work) for PRE CONSTRUCTIONAL Anti-termite treatment and creating a continuous chemical barrier under and all-round the column pits, wall trenches, basement excavation, top perimeter of building, expansion joints, over the top surface of consolidated earth on which apron is to be laid, surroundings of pipes and conduits etc. complete as per specifications (plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured for payment).

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete having compressive strength at 28 days test not less than 250 kg/ sq.cm for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and excluding reinforcement including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, and hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth with cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials with all labour,Labour cess and T&P required for the work improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge.
