Repairs to 150 mm nominal dia. M.S foot valve of lift irrigation scheme Kandikhan installed on suction side by way of extraction of foot valve from their installed position with the help of skilled labour, then shifting it to working area. The job includes the charge for repair to hinges, weight plate & welding to damaged area by way of welding /patching etc. for the completion of work. The job also includes the charge for p/f of new washers, nuts& bolts, wherever required for the completion of work. After proper repair of foot valve at site, fitted it properly back to its actual position and tested on full load. The job includes the charge of D.G set, welding set, gas cutter, electrodes etc. for the completion of work. The job also includes the charge of M.S nuts& bolts four kg for suction/delivery pipe, rubber washers of 150 mm dia. three no for the completion of work.

Repairs to shutter of lift irrigation scheme Boniyar which got damaged due to shooting rocks coming from hill by way of hiring skilled labours to remove bends from shutter, then welding shutter at damaged area with superior quality electrodes. The job also includes the charge of greasing to shutter with the help of grease approx. four kg. The job further includes repairs to wooden/CGI shed by way of dismantling the bended CGI sheets with the help of skilled labour, then removing bends & fitted back to its actual position with the help of nails and also require wooden planks wherever required for the completion of work. The job includes the charge of D.G set, welding set, gas cutter etc. for the completion of work. The job includes the hire charge of shifting these material from road side to station approx. 1km with the help of manual labour.

Repairs to 3.5 cusec pump of lift irrigation scheme Manzgam unit no .02 by way of Complete dismantling of split casing pump by way of disconnecting all leads from the motor and marking the terminals, uncoupling of motor from the pump. The job includes the charge of replacement of damaged bearing 6311 & 3310 of NBC/ARB/ZKL with new ones at site with the help of skilled labours. The job also includes the charge of fabrication, providing & fitting of G.M neck ring as per sample one no having weight three kg Then fitted back pump to its actual position properly with the help grease two kg, packing tw0 kg tools& tackles & tested on full load.
