REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE
Providing and laying in position 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.
Steel reinforcement using Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.
Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 fine sand).
MASONRY WORK
Providing and laying factory made precast cement concrete solid blocks of grade M10 from approved manufacturer for foundation, basement and plinth upto plinth level including all cost of materials, labour charges etc. using blocks of 150mm thickness, in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)
REPAIRS TO BUILDING
Taking out and disposal of sewerage water & sludge from septic tank, manholes, etc. by pump set, and safe disposal as per waste management rules, for all leads and lifts including rent of pump and all consumables required for pumping as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
SANITARY INSTALLATIONS
Providing and fixing UPVC SWR soil, waste and vent pipes of 110mm diameter conforming to IS:13592 Type-B, jointing with solvent cement including cutting holes in walls and floors wherever required and making good the same as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Providing and fixing unplasticized Rigid PVC moulded fittings/accessories conforming to IS:14735 for soil, waste and vent pipes conforming to IS:13592 Type B including jointing with solvent cement, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

110mm UPVC bend of required degree with access door

Providing and fixing UPVC pipe clips/clamps of approved design to 110mm UPVC soil/waste/vent/rain water pipes by means of S.S. screws of required length, including drilling for plastic rawl plugs and making good the wall etc. complete.
Providing and fixing polyethylene grease trap/grease separator (Supreme or equivalent make) of 500L capacity and providing inlet/outlet connections, watertight seals, cover and suitable locking arrangement, complete as per instruction of the Engineer in charge (excavation of earthwork and base support for tank shall be paid for separately)

This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with solvent cement, testing of joints, trenching, refilling, complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. External work
Providing and fixing 32mm UPVC Ball Valve (16kg/cm2) of approved quality (screwed end/pasted end as per site requirement)
Providing and fixing 110mm UPVC Ball Valve (10kg/cm2) of approved quality (screwed end/pasted end as per site requirement)
DRAINAGE
Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of Circular shape 560 mm internal diameter and H D - 20 quality
Constructing soak pit 1.20x1.20x1.20 m filled with brick bats including S.W. drain pipe 100 mm diameter and 1.20 m long complete as per standard design.
Providing polyethylene/polypropylene inspection chambers/bends/junctions conforming to EN:13598 standards having 110mm inlets/outlets, with composite plastic cover including frame (1.5 ton load class), 315 mm internal diameter, with blanking/socket plugs as per site requirement, complete. (Earthwork, PCC base, granular backfill, PCC top around cover frame, etc. shall be paid separately if executed as per site conditions.)
Chambers of Straight-through or Bend (90-degree) configuration for single pipeline
Chambers of (90-degree or 45&90-degree or 2x90-degree) junction configurations for pipeline with one or two inlets

WATER PROOFING
Providing & Applying polymer modified, flexible cementatious negative side waterproofing coating with elastic waterproofing polymers on interior wall plaster surface in three coats @14.35 kg /10 sqm. one coat of self priming of cementatious waterproofing polymer(dilution with water in the ratio of 1:1) and two coats of cementatious waterproofing polymer (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1 ) after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove pre-existing paint film & loose particles till plaster is visible, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
