Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, Type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in PCC/ Plinth protection, making even and smooth surface without using extra cement incl dismantling / demolition and rubbish off the primises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified tiles light shade 8 to10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished area of each tile 600mm x 600mm / 605mm x 605mm over and including 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item Ser No 5 here-in-before but in skirting and dado laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and including dismantling and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glazed coloured ceramic tiles External/Internal in vertical surfaces 300mm x 450mmx7mm thick over & including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm over & including 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per ser item No 08 above here-in-before but in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps including 10mm rendering with CM 1:4 .

M&L for Rubber moulded coloured precast concrete interlocking paver blocks with grey cement and pigment any shape and size, shade as approved by GE, 80mm thick conforming to IS 15658-2006 M-40 grade and interstices filled with sand including 25mm thick sand cushion and including dismantling of existing tiles and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Nimco tiles/Sandeep Bros/NTC/ Mehtab tiles.

M&L for Rubber moulded coloured precast concrete interlocking paver blocks with grey cement and pigment any shape and size, shade as approved by GE, 60mm thick conforming to IS 15658-2006 M-35 grade and interstices filled with sand including 25mm thick sand cushion and including dismantling of existing tiles and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Nimco tiles/Sandeep Bros/NTC/ Mehtab tiles.

Dismantling and refixing Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size, polished 60mm thickness M-35 grade, laid over and including sand cushion of 25mm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete colour tiles 300x300x22mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with white cement and pigment including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling old tile and removing the same outside of MoD land distance.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 15-20 mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing to mirror finish laid over and including 20 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes including dismantling and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item Ser No 14 above here-in-before but in patches in random location/scattered places etc.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab in riser of steps, skirting, dado 15 to 20 mm thick over & including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 laid & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing to mirror finish including dismantling and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Grinding & polishing of old kota stone/ marble/ baroda green floor/ skirting with machine to mirror finish in and including making good of wall finishes as per original specifications complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Dholpur stone 16 to 18mm cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size exc 0.25 sqm area and exc 0.5 sqm fixed with and incluing one number ss clamps (grade-202) of flat 30mmx2mm, 150mm long made to shape in each slab, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastner, polishing, rubbing & including silicon treatement over and including rendering 15mm thick by cement plaster (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even & fair on brick wall or concrete surface etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Granite15-18 mm thick work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms, vertical surface of wall also and like in 20mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including dismantling of same etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 8 to10 mm thick in light shade(square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm over & including 20 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per ser item No 20 here-in-before but in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps including 10mm rendering with CM 1:4 etc.

S&F in repair for 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors or fixed on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius, complete all as specified.

M&L 12mm thick glass reinforced gypsum (GRG) ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595mm of approved design fixed with powder coated (powder coating on web bottom only) GI grid consisting of groove in main Tee section of size (15mm x 30mm), groove in cross Tee section of size (15mm x 23mm) and powder coated GI wall angle of size (20mm x 20mm) suitable for mounting tiles of 595 x 595mm with 4mm dia GI wire suspender including fabrication complete including taking down existing ceiling upto height 15 Metre complete all as specified and directed. Note : MTC to be provided by contractor.

Supply and Fixing for PVC Wall Lining any colour, texture consisting of 5mm thick single side prelam PVC sheet used instead of plywood/board including PVC sheet fillet (U, C or L shape) by mean of solvent/nails/screws to make grid as per manufacturer instruction fixing on wall and including of taking down old PVC/plywood/board wall Panneling all as specified and directed. Note :- Make and colour Approved by GE

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber fillets, posts, railing rafter, purlin, balusters, handrails and treads under 40 sqcm framed work in sectional area, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in roof kerb, mud stops, benching, including use and waste necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing at or near ground level factory made Kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Course sand), including marking joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete including dismantling of existing kerb stones and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparaion of new or previously untreated surfaces on brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surfaces applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for heavy duty, exterior grade tile (Durastone of Somany/ Endura of Johnson / orient bell as approved by GE) of any size 10mm thick, as in floor (in treades, landing etc), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with white cement and pigment laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) incl dismantling/ demolition existing flooring and rubbish off the primises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for double charged Virified Ceramic tiles 8 to10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm over & including 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling existing tile and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed.
