Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of indoor type LT Panel cubicle type, made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet and 3 mm thick gland plate with top/bottom cable entry as per site requirement, 100x50 x5 mm suitable MS channels frame in the bottom/ legs for grouting etc totally enclosed IP 42, free standing, floor mounting, dust and vermin proof, indoor, compartmentalized with concealed hinged lockable doors, suitable for operation on 3 phase, 415 V, 50Hz AC system with TPN busbars including internal control wiring with minimum 2.5 sqmm size FRLS PVC insulated flexible wires/cable, interconnection, duly powder coated painting etc. as per technical specifications including following switchgears, metering instruments and accessories in the Panel as per the approved drawing. 1) Incommer & Outgoing : 160A 4 P 35KA MCCB( Ics=Icu=100%) with thermal-megnetic release and RYB , ON,OFF, trip indicator with 2A control MCB. Incomer shall be provided with digital multifunction, suitable rating CT & 3 ph. Voltmeter control MCB per phase - 02 nos 2) ATS: 160A, 4P, 415 V Automatic Transfer switch with manual override facility- 02 nos. 3) Other Accessories: 1) Control wiring , suitable TPN Busbar , Auto/ Manual Selctor switch, Bypass arrangement & control logic as per approved SLD. 2) Suitable cable connectors, phase spreader, extended rotory handle etc and any other item required to complet the job. 3) Control logic for operation of breakers shall be finallized while approval of SLD/GAD .

Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 20 KVA on-line UPS,IGBT based Hi Frequency PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) level 3, conforming to IEC EN 62040-3 standards with three phase AC input voltage 380 V to 480 V, 50 Hz+5% and three phase AC output voltage 415 V + 1%, 50Hz+0.25 Hz, with 30 Minutes battery backup using SMF (Sealed Maintainence Free) batteries with batteries stand including uninyvin copper conductor flexible cable of suitable size from Battery bank to UPS along with suitable capacity DC MCCB for battery isolation. It shall be housed in suitable rugged enclosure aesthetically finished duly Pre treated and powder coated. Digital Metering, Monitoring, Protection, Features & performance parameters shall be as per OEM & tender specifications.

Supply & laying (in GI flexible conduit) of 1X6 Sq. mm, 1.1KV grade, FRLSH PVC insulated, copper conductor flexible cable conforming to IS:694 with up to date ammendments for interconnection from I/p panel to UPS and UPS to O/p panel including terminations as required.

Supply of following Size. XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, Aluminum/copper conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS:7098 Part-I with upto date amendment etc. complete as required.

Supplying of 50 mm size DWC HDPE pipe of AAI Approved make and ISI marked complete as required.

Laying of 50 mm size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and Copper/Aluminum lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Earthing with Maintenance free Earthing System. The Rod shall be copper bonded low carbon high tensile steel with 17.2 mm dia. and 10 feet length , UL Listed with molecularly bonded with min. 250 microns coating of 99.90% pure electrolytic grade Copper and tested by CPRI capable of bearing fault current of 25 kA for 1 second with SS 304 Clamp , along with earth enhancement compound in a sealed bag of minimum 30 kg (10 kg Bag x 3) (95% carbon based compound, resistivity is less than 0.12 ohm meter) with Poly Plastic Pit Cover 300x300x195 mm with load Bearing Capacity 5000 kg. ( Job includes Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning)

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of PC/PLC based Touch- Screen LCD type remote control panel cum display unit (Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System,ALCMS), type L 890'BB" as per the requirements of FAA Advisory Circular No. AC 150/5345-56B (current edition) and additional circular/ mechanisms/ interfaces at control tower suitable for remote operation of constant current regulators of GLF Circuits, Apron Flood Lights, Landing T and Wind cones etc.and necessary soft integration of existing GLF UPS with ALCMS for monitoring & data logging of UPS status including all hardware's, software's, licenses & other items as required for successful operation of the system inline with the scope of work details of equipments,equipment specifications,performance criteria as conforming to the tender specifications. Two vault processor shall be provided both running in parallel for redundancy in opertaions. The ALCMS shall include industrial type, latest configuration of Computers and IT active & passive devices and on ATC side there shall be two Touch screens( HMI) of minimum size 21.5” and one 32” display unit along with installation arrangement at the existing console at ATC including required modifications and on CCR side there shall be one 32” display unit. On/Off, 5 positions brightness control for CCR controlled GLF circuits, Mimic display system(Monitor units), termination of power/ interfacing cables(OFC/Control ) of following air field lighting systems: a) Rwy Ckt-1 &2 - (30 kW) - 02 nos + 01 Spare b) Apron edge lights & Taxi-A &D (7.5KW) - 01 no.+ 01 spare c) Apron edge lights & Link Taxi-B ( 4KW) - 01 no. d) NTRO Taxi -C( 4 KW ) - 01 no.+ 01 spare e) SAPL Approach-RWY 08 (4 KW) - 01 no. Supply& laying of 6 core,single mode 9/125 unitube armoured Optical fiber cable as per the IEC/ITU & other relevant standards i/c buffer tube, water swellable yarns, di-electric material, ripcod, steel tap armoured, PE jacket etc complete as required as per site requirement.
