15mm (fifteen millimetre) cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor all level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (eighty millimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement: six sand) including curing and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in allleads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3 15mm (Three point one five millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into thirty into five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetra with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like upto any thickness including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement one and half sand three graded/crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floor roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girder bressumers and cantilever upto all floor level including carriage of material within all leads and lifts complete in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying second class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks of approved kiln in super structure upto all height and depth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement: six sand) including curing complete and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete M-10 (ten) grade nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement: three sand six graded stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) in open foundations and plinths as per drawings and technical specification for rural roads clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying mirror polished 19 mm (ninteen milimeter) thick Kota stone minimum Size 55X55cm (fifty five into fifty five centimeter) of uniform colour in flooring of approved shade as per detail slab flooring over 20 mm (twenty milimeter) (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.

Kota stone slabs 25 mm (twenty five milimeter) thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (tweleve milimeter) (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete. including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government

White glazed tiles 6 mm thick in skirting risers of steps and dado 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 sand) and jointed with cement slurry including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals

Applying Birla White wall care putty over plaster surface after throughly brushing the suface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the suface including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting Two coats (excluding primming coat) on new concrete/masonry/asbestos cement/ plastered surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required with ready mixed primer as per HPPWD specification of 1990 volume-1 including carriage of material, labour, tool and plants through all modes of transporation within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
