Civil and upgradation works in OMS, STP plants of NFC, Hyd

Amount

1) All safety & security regulations shall be followed strictly as per specifications & conditions of contract. 2) Contractor has to make his own arrangements for regulating the work by providing sign boards for Diversion, Men at Work. Danger, Work in progress, Diversions/ Change of Directions, covering the site with adequate means to prevent movement of dust, debris towards the area in use etc. at his own cost during exectutuion of work as directed by the Department. 3) Scaffolding is included for all the items whether specified in the item or not upto the height of 10 meters, the contractor shall quote rates accordingly. No extra payment shall be made for the same. 4) The contractor shall follow relevant IS codes/technical specifications for execution of work. 5) In structural steel work, bolts and welding will not be measured for the payment and shall be included in the quoted rate. Only, the weight of steel sections used as per relavant IS codes shall be considered for payment. Wastage will not be measured.

EARTH WORKS

Felling down trees of girth (measured at a height of 1.0m above ground level) carefully as mentioned below including necessary excavation, removal / destruction of roots, filling the excavated pockets thus formed with good earth, compacting the same, cutting the trunks and branches of trees into suitable pieces for transporting, transporting, stacking and disposing the same at the locations as directed by Engineer – in – Charge, etc., complete.

Beyond 30 cm girth upto and including 60 cm girth

Beyond 60 cm girth upto and including 120 cm girth

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared etc. complete as specified and directed.

Earthwork excavation upto required depths in all kinds of Soils except Soft and Hard Rock in both dry and wet conditions, dewatering if necessary, dressing the bottom and sides to required levels, profiles, slopes, etc., disposing the surplus earth/spoils within a lead of 50m , levelling the areas including clearing of all areas of all grass, rank vegetation, shrubs, bushes, trees upto 300mm girth measured 1.00 metre above ground level etc., complete all as directed and specified.

a) Upto 1.50 m depth from average ground level.

b) Above 1.50 m to 3.00 m depth from average ground level.

Earth work excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in ordinary rock upto the depths specified below including dewatering if necessary, dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil/rock and disposal of surplus excavated soils/rock as directed, within a distance of 50 m etc.,including clearing of all areas of all grass, rank vegetation, shrubs, bushes, trees upto 300mm girth measured 1.00 metre above ground level etc complete as directed by Engineer-incharge.

a) Upto 1.50 m depth from average ground level.

b) Above 1.50 m to 3.00 m depth from average ground level.

Earth work excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in hard rock (blasting prohibited) by chiseling, wedging or any other approved method viz. using plasma cutting with diesel plasma gun under 3.5Kg/Sqcm pressure, including air compressor, followed by pneumatic chieselling or using non explosive expansive chemical agents , including drilling of holes as specified by manufacture, filling of expansive chemical, followed by pneumatic chiseling upto the depths specified below, diamond wire rope cutting etc., including dewatering if necessary, dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, getting out the excavated soil/rock and disposal of surplus excavated soils/rock, within a distance of 50 m etc., clearing of all areas of all grass, rank vegetation, shrubs, bushes, trees upto 300mm girth measured 1.00 metre above ground level etc complete as directed by Engineer-incharge.

a) Upto 1.50 m depth from average ground level.

b) Above 1.50 m to 3.00 m depth from average ground level.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead within NFC complete as specified and directed by EIC

Lead charges for within NFC premises , additional lead over the initial lead of 50 m by mechanical transport, including loading, unloading, stacking, the disposable soil, rock etc., Note: Measurement of lead charges will be based on truck measurement with a deduction of voids @20% and 50% for soils and rock or debris respectively

a) for soil and fine materials

b) for rock, RR masoary , debris etc

STEEL WORKS

Providing and fixing in position Anchor Fasteners or Wedge anchors of Fischer/ HILTI or approved make of best quality of 16mm dia and approved length for anchoring and supporting structural steel columns including drilling holes in RCC flooring, aligning bolts to position & proper level, fixing Bolts and tightening them properly as per manufacturer's specifications, including Washers Labour, etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Structural Steel work using Rolled Steel Joists, Beams, Channels, Plates, etc., at all levels above and below plinth level including supplying of steel sections and plates conforming to BIS 2062 of make Vizag Steel, Tata, SAIL, Jindal Ispat or any other approved manufacturer using ingots of above manufacturer make, loading, unloading, transporting the steel to site of work, cutting, fabricating using welding/bolts using weld rods of make D&H, Advani, Philips or its approved equivalent and/or bolts and nuts from approved source, erecting using derricks/pulleys/cranes or any suitable means, fixing in position, surface preparation by cleaning with wire brush, painting with 2 (Two) coats of PU paint of male M/s Fosroc (Dekguard PU)/Pidilite/Asian Paints/Berger/Dulux over 2 (Two) coats of epoxy zinc rich primer of make Fosroc (Nitozinc primer)/Pidilite/Asian Paints/Berger/Dulux, cleaning the sections /plates by suitable means, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

a) For Rolled steel sections

Providing and fixing MS foundation bolts including nuts and washers conforming to IS 432 of approved size, quality and make including threading, placing in position in concrete in level using template, providing grease and protective cover like covering with polyethylene sheet to bolts and nuts to correct levels, as per specifications and drawings complete all as directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge.

R.C.C WORKS

Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 using Portland Pozzolana Cement conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Ambuja, Birla make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork, complete as specified and directed.

Supply, fabrication and erection of Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D conforming to IS 1786 of Tata, Vizag, Sail, JSW make for Reinforced cement concrete items at all depths and heights below and above plinth level, including transport to site, loading and unloading, making fan hooks of required shape, dowels for bonding masonry, transporting steel to site, decoiling, removing of scales, straightening, cutting, bending, fixing bars with chairs, space bars wherever required, in position with two strings of 18 gauge soft drawn annealed MS binding wire inclusive of its supply etc., complete as specified and directed.

Reinforced Cement Concrete by insitu mixing by WEIGH BATCHING or from approved RMC Plant of Grade M - 30 (Minimum Cementetious Content – 390 Kg/Cum) using Portland Pozzolana Cement conforming to IS 1489 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd., KCP make) with graded stone aggregate of 20mm maximum size and sand at and at all depths and heights including mixing with superplasticizer of make M/s. Fosroc, Demech, Huntsman, Pidilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT in proportion as per manufacturer’s Specifications, conveying / pumping / placing at all depths / heights below / above plinth level, compaction, finishing as specified, curing, etc., including providing and placing cover blocks of required sizes in cement mortar 1:1, etc., but excluding Formwork and Steel Reinforcement complete as specified and directed. NOTE:-The concrete of RCC of any grade if it is insitu (site mix) the sand to be used shall be River sand. In case of RMC, the manufactured sand can be used.

SHUTTERING Providing centering and shuttering using steel shuttering plates at all depths and heights below and above plinth level, vertical, horizontal, inclined for insitu reinforced cement concrete and in plain cement concrete work as required to correct line and level as per drawings with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly, with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof, and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed, applying one coat of shuttering oil on all shuttering surfaces coming in contact with concrete, including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. (The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces.)

MASONRY WORKS

Half brick masonry using fly ash cement bricks of 7.5 grade non-modular bricks conforming to IS12894 in partition walls in cement mortar 1:4 using crushed sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116 at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing, etc., complete including providing stiffeners of reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, 115 mm x 75 mm size at every 900 mm height and 2 No.s 8 Dia TMT bars, necessary formwork, curing, etc., but excluding reinforcement, complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC. NOTE : Payment for TMT bars will be made in relevant item

Brick work using quality flyash cement bricks of class designation 7.5 conforming to IS12894 using cement mortar 1:6 using crushed sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116 at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including pilasters, steel / tubular scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed in super structure.

Providing pitching /pitched drain 225mm thick to the slopes of earth using approved local rubble stones, excavating/ forming the earth to required slopes, levels, gradient, etc., to form the base, compact to the desired density, laying the stones and filling the interstices with smaller stones and blinding with murrum, etc., all complete as directed.

PLASTERING & PAINTING WORKS

Cement plastering 15 mm thick for internal walls in cement morar 1:4 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 4 River Sand (conforming to IS 1542)} fininshed smooth at all height above plinth level over brick walls or concrete surface including making necessary grooves in between junctions or brick masonary and RCC , preparation of surface by hacking, steel/tubular scaffolding curing etc., complete as specified and directed.

Cement plastering 20 mm thick in 2 coats over masonary and concrete surfaces with base coat of 12 mm thickness in cement mortar 1:4 and finishing coat of 8mm thickness in cement mortar 1:3 (smooth finish), with approved integrated water proofing compound in both coats @ 2% by weight of cement, of M/s. Fosroc/Demach/ Huntsman/ Pidilite/ SIKA Qualcrete / MBT or as per manufacturer’s specifications at all heights, including hacking of concrete surfaces, final rendering with sponge to correct line, level and plumb, curing including making grooves, drip moulds, scaffolding wherever necessary, complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC

Providing and applying cement based wall putty of 1mm thick in two coats of M/s. Birla White or approved equivalent, at all floors and locations, on plastered surfaces finished smooth to correct line, level, plane, plumb etc., including one coat of primer, preparing the surfaces, filling of holes, cracks etc. if any with fosroc renderoc CF/CS or approved equivalent, scaffolding, smoothening the putty surfaces with very fine water proof emery paper to get a glossy finish etc. complete as per specifications, as per manufacturers specifications, drawing & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (For facelifting cabins or as directed by EIC)

INTERNAL PAINTING :- Applying 2 or more coats of interior premium emulsion paint of Asain Apcolite suprema /Dulux interior acrylic premium emulsion of required shade of interior grade, having VOC content less than 50 grams/liters including one coat of approved suitable interior primer at all heights above plinth level inside rooms etc., surface preparation, filling of holes, cracks etc. if any with fosroc renderoc CF/CS or approved equivalent, complete and as complete and as directed. (For facelifting cabins - interior or as directed by EIC)

EXTERIOR PAINTING :- Applying of Two or more coat of elastomeric liquid applied water proofing membrane of asain paint damp proof advance or Dulux Aquatech Flexible damp proof base coat or on surface of vertical wall shall be applied as per manufacture specification. Finishing walls with 2 or more coat of 100% Premium acrylic Smooth waterproof exterior finish emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS:15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Dept Tinted) with silicon additives, equal to asain paint ultmia protek or Dulux Professional weathershield Flexx or Paints can be obtained from approved make from M/s. Asian, Dulux, Berger, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, Pidilite or any other make etc. including surface preparation, filling of holes, cracks etc. if any with fosroc renderoc CF/CS or approved equivalent, complete and as directed. (for walls of sheds or as directed by EIC)

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior/ interior, up to seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. NOTE: (i) The scaffolding will be paid for height works beyond 10.0m. (ii) For mobile scaffolding, only the elevational area of scaffolding erected and dismantled will be measured for payment. (iii) All activities in each location including dismantling windows, fixing new window, plastering, painting etc would be covered in a single measurement irrespective of the duration of scaffolding.

CABINS, FALSE CEILING & WINDOWS

Providing and fixing in position epoxy powder coated (minimum thickness of power coating 50 microns)Aluminium partition/door/windows/ventilators/louvers with single/double side hung/tophung/sliding shutters etc. using extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make (Jindal Delux Series (Domal)/Hindalco/Indal sections or its approved equivalent sections) and confirming to IS 733 and IS 1285 of required available colour, manufactured to relevant IS Standard Specifications including applying Epoxy coating of required thickness, fixing with rawl plugs and screws or fixing with clips or with expansion hold fastners, including fittinngs and fixtures of make Classic/Jyothi/Godrej or approved equivalent such as locking arrangement for windows, powder coated aluminium handles, powder coated aluminium aldrops, powder coated aluminium tower bolts of size 200mmX10mm, powder coated aluminium door stopper (twin rubber stopper) with rubber cushions to doors, magnetic catcher, hinges, friction hinges, aluminium push plates, sliding rollers, aluminium hardware fixtures, cleat angles, beadings etc as per the requirement, gaps of structural opening to aluminium frame work to be filled with siliconate / polysulphide sealant, fixed suitably to brick wall RCC column structures complete as directed. NOTE: Aluminium sections such as shutter frames, window / door frame, beading channel for glass/adjustable louvers/mosquito mesh, door handles, louvers etc., shall only be measured linearly as per actual / finished cutting size and multiplied with sectional weight of the individual section and the total quantity of aluminium section will be arrived at for payment without any allowance for wastage. No separate payment shall be made for fittings such as locking arrangement for windows, hinges, friction hinges, rollers, door stoppers, magnetic catchers, fittings and fixtures, gasket, cleat angles etc.

Providing and fixing 4 mm thick plain float glass of make M/s Atul/ Modiguard/ Triveni/ Hindustan Pilkington or approved equivalent including PVC/EPDM lining as per the drawing and as directed for window shutters and ventilators.

Providing and fixing fly/mosquito proof stainless steel grade 304, mesh wire gauge with average width of aperature 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.50 mm including fixing with Aluminium door/window shutters or ventilators, including necessary fastners, aluminium flats etc, all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing glazing with 5 mm thick plain float glass of approved quality (Atul, Modiguard, Triveni, Hindustan Pilkington) including PVC/EPDM lining as per the drawing including frost film of approved pattern & approved quality as directed for window shutters, door shutters, partitions etc.,

Providing and fixing to aluminium partitions Pre-laminated cement particle board of thickness 12 mm of M/s Bison, Visaka or approved equivalent conforming to IS:15786 with decorative lamination on both sides

Providing and fixing bright finished 150 mm mortice lock with 6 levers without pair of handles of M/s ‘EVERITE’/Godrej or approved equivalent for aluminium door, with necessary screws etc complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body universal hydraulic door closer of M/s EVERITE/Godrej or approved equivalent conforming to IS : 3564, suitable for door weight upto 80 kg and door width upto 1000 mm with speed adjustment including necessary accessories and screws etc. complete as directed by EIC

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of M/s EVERITE/Godrej or approved equivalent conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg, for doors, including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. With stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness

Providing and Fixing Light weight Calcium Silicate False Ceiling with Silhouette Grid at all heights of Aerolite make with 15mm thick integral densified micro edge light weight calcium silicate tiles of size 595X595mm of approved design, texture and pattern having 100% RH – HUMIDITY RESISTANCE, non-combustible as per BS 476, Noise Reduction Coefficient of 0.5, Light reflectance above 85%, Thermal Conductivity less than 0.05 W/m K, to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal powder coated T-grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections of 0.4mm thick Silhouette Profile, rotary stitched double webbed white with 6mm reveal profile comprising of main ‘T’ runners of size 15X42mm of length 3000mm, cross-T of size 15X42mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15X42mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600X600 mm , wall angle of size 22x19x0.4mm to be fixed all around the wall. Making chases up to 7.5x7.5 cm in walls including making good and finishing with matching surface by filling mortar/concrete after fitting of pipes/cables/conduits etc.

MISCALLANEOUS WORKS

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing, made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm, PVC coated to acheive outer dia not less than 5mm of required color, shade, width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 40mm thick Indian patent stone flooring and skirting with cement concrete 1:2:4, using 10mm and below size hard broken aggregate including providing and application of non – metallic floor hardener of M/s. Fosroc, Sika, STP, Pidilite, Armstrong or approved equivalent at spread rate of 7Kg/Sqm or as specified by manufacturer for heavy duty floor, compaction, finishing smooth by trowel to required levels or slope as specified, curing, rubbing the surface smooth, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in charge.

Providing and fixing black out roller blinds of approved make as per the manufacturer's specifications with drive unit, end plug, support brackets, roller tube, bottom rail, ball chains. Drive unit to be of moulded plastic with straight rectangular support pin and inserted into the tube end. It shall be driven by a ball chain pulley and can be positioned at right or left side of the shade. The shade when lowering or raising shall automatically be lockable upon release of the ball chain by the means of friction lock. End plug shall be moulded by plastic locking pin. The plug shall be inserted into the tube end. Support brackets shall be of zinc plated steel and provided with moulded plastic cover and used in right and left hand position differentiated by the acceptance of the rectamgular drive unit support or the round idler plugin Roller tube shall be made out of roll formed steel with outer diameter 25mm. It should be suitably protected against corrosion, keyway integral with the tube to accomodate the spline.

Providing and fixing 110 mm n.b. un-plasticised PVC rain water pipes (single socketed pipes) with necessary PVC clamps and wooden gutties of approved make conforming to IS: 13592 type ‘A’ with injection moulded fittings, jointing with approved synthetic adhesive or seal rings conforming to IS: 5382 to make junctions leakproof, embedding the pipe into the slab/ gutter, fixing it to wall with proper fittings, testing complete in line, level and plumb all as directed. (used for rain water downcomer pipes)

Providing and fixing 110 mm n.b. un-plasticised PVC rain water pipes (single socketed pipes) with necessary PVC clamps and wooden gutties of approved make conforming to IS: 13592 type ‘B’ with injection moulded fittings, jointing with approved synthetic adhesive or seal rings conforming to IS: 5382 to make junctions leakproof, embedding the pipe into the slab/ gutter, fixing it to wall with proper fittings, testing complete in line, level and plumb all as directed. (used for internal sewerage systems)

Providing and Fixing Trapezoidal profiled Galvalume Sheets of required shade of make M/s. JSW/TATA Bluescope (Colorbond) conforming to ASTM A792M/ IS 15961 for roofings and claddings using sheets in 0.5mm TCT (Total Coated Thickness) with minimum galvalume thickness of AZ200 gsm and yield strength not less than 550MPa including flashings, corners, ridges, eaves boards, gutter, rainwater downcomer, edge trim, etc., of approved make including fixing the sheets with Stainless Steel self tapping, self drilling and self fastening screws, and EPDM Washers, etc., all complete as directed.

Supplying and fixing Fibre Reinforced Cement Corrugated sheets, 6mm thick including weather tight accessories such as ridges, barge boards, north light curves, flashing etc. of Charminar/ Visakha/ everest make conforming to IS 459 and laying as per IS 3007 at various elevations using necessary safety nets, roof walk ladders and other standard safety devices including all overlaps, mitring, Supplying and fixing necessary 8mm dia self tapping self drilling self fastening powder coated screws of suitable length not less than 65mm, with EPDM washers as per manufactures code of Practice and cutting the sheets as required etc., complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Double charged/Glazed vitrified tile polished finish of size of Tile 600 x 600 mm in floor using 10mm thick (or thickness as specified by manufacturer) tiles of 1st quality, non-skid, matt finish and non slipperry, of make Khajharia,Johnson, Somani and Rak s or equivalent approved make with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to S:15622, in all colours and shade, grouting the joints with epoxy grout of Roff/MYK or equivalent make and matching pigments etc. Note: i) Quoted rate shall include extra adhesive required to match the water proofing plaster if any to maintain the lines and plumb of dado. ii) The quoted rate shall include border / combination of tiles as instructed by the Engineer in Charge iii)The sizes of tiles mentioned are approximate and subject to the availability in market during execution. If the required size is not available the next higher size of tiles shall be used without any extra cost to the Department. The tenderer may note the same and quote accordingly. iv)Do grouting with matching adhesive.

a) In flooring with rustic/anti-skid/matt finished 600X600mm of double charged/glazed vitrified tile of make Somany/Kajari or approved equivalent laid with Flooring with cement based high polymer modified quickset adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in adequate thickness as required at site of make MYK Laticrete, Mapei, Dr.Fixit, ROFF or equivalent approved make.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Supplying and placing free flow, high strength, Non shrink, cementitious precision grout grout of M/s FOSROC (Conbextra GP3), Pidilite, BASF or approved equivalent, mixing with water and 10mm down size graded aggregates (aggregates to be mixed ONLY for grouting the gaps of thickness more than 100mm) in the proportion as per manufacturer's specifications and placing in column base plates, pockets of foundations etc., in pourable or flowable consistency, including shuttering, curing as per manufacturer's specifications. NOTE : Only weight of cementitious grout is considered for payment. Weight of aggregate and water will not be considered for payment

Supplying and fixing in position approved motor automatic operated (push & pull) steel rolling shutters made from M.S. lathes of not less than 1.25 mm thick including supplying and fixing all necessary fixtures, fittings, top hood, guide channels, shutter suspension shaft not less than 6", ceiling strips providing approved quality of ball bearings, locking arrangements, handles, lugs, cutting, drilling necessary holes in concrete, grouting lugs with cement concrete 1:2:4, including providing and fixing not less than 1.0HP motor of Crompton Greaves, L&T or any approved equivalent along with other accessories for On and Off, level switch connected operatable, applying one shop coat of approved Zinc chromate primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete as shown in the drawing and as directed (measurement for rolling shutters will be as per the structural openings, hoods shall not be measured separately).

DISMANTLING WORKS

Dismantling/breaking the existing plain cement concrete surfaces carefully in flooring, ramp etc. to the required size, using pneumatic cutters or any approved means including disposing of debris within a distance of 50 m etc., complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling very carefully the existing reinforced cement concrete at all depths and heights below and above plinth level using pneumatic cutters or any approved means including cutting the reinforcement and transporting bars to departmental stores disposing the debris within the lead of 50 m complete as specified and directed

Removing the damaged rainwater downtake pipes of all diameters from all heights, including clamps and stacking the pipes within NFC for all leads, complete as directed.

Removing carefully existing chainlink fabric from angle iron posts and struts by removing hook bolts, nuts, etc, straightening GI rods (vertical as well as horizontals) etc., rolling back the removed chainlink, collecting hooks, bolts and nuts, stacking including cutting of iron angle posts, dismantling of PCC pedestals, transporting the materials to Departmental stores etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Area of the chain link fabric will be measured for payment.

Dismantling the existing Brick masonry very carefully in cement motor with plastering on both sides very carefully at depths/heights above/below plinth level by suitable methods including erection of suitable scaffolding, stacking of useful materials and disposing the unserviceable debris within the lead of 50m, etc., complete as specified and directed.
