Applying one coat wall primer on the wall surface of building including cleaning the surface cost of all labour charges, minor tools, cost of materials etc., complete.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. One or more coats, including cost of materials, labour charges and minor tools etc. complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint on doors, windows & ventilators. Including cost of all labour charges, cost of all materials and minor tools etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Removing the EWC and flushing Cystern for the toilet without any damage and storing as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including cost of all labour chares minor tools etc., complete.

Removing and refixing wash basin and storing as per direction of Engineer-in-charg including cost of all labour charges minor tools cost of PVC tap and angle cock etc., complete.

Dismantling and removing tile work in floors and Walls laid in cement mortar including disposing of the debris within 50 metres lead including cost of all labour charges, cost of minor tools and plants etc.complete. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm.

Brick masonry in cement mortar 1:5 for foundation including cost of all labour charges, tools, cost of all materials etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality Vitrified Floor tiles (600 x 600 mm, thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make like laid on 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement, 4 M sand) including pointing the joint with white cement and matching pigmet etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality Ceramic glazed wall tiles confirming to IS 13753 of minimum thickness 5mm of approved make like Nitco, Orient, Somany, Kajaria, or equivalent make in all colours, of any size as approved by EIC for skirting, rises of steps, kichen slab and dados walls over 12 mm cm 1:3 motor and pointing with coloured cement including cost of all materials, labour charges forming & placing of cement mortar and laying tiles etc., complete.

Providing Wall mounted EWC and flushing Cystern for the toilet etc., including cost of all labour charges minor tools cost of all materials etc., complete.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level), including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material.

Earth work in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m layers including cost of all labour charges, tools etc, complete.

Plastering with CM 1:5 12mm thick floated hard and trowelled smooth both sides of walls etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials, scaffolding all labour charges, curing, conveying all materials to work site etc., complete.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing G.I.coated corrugated pre coated sheet 5 mm thick for roofing by fixing with hooks, bolts & nuts, Self drilling, tapping screws etc, including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, scaffolding, cost of materials etc, but excluding cost of purline, rafters, trusses fabrication which will be paid seperatly.

Providing and fixing GI Pre Coated ridges of 22 gauge and hips in roofing with suitable fixing accessories or self drilling fastener and EPDM washer etc including cost of all materials, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site, minor tools etc. complete.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture
