M & L for 10 mm thick rendering in C.M. (1:3) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface as backing coat to fixing of wall tiles mixed with water proofing compound 3% by weight of cement. Note- WPC measured and paid separately

M&L for glazed ceramic mosaico series tiles of size 300 x300mm and 7mm thick any colour or pattern in floor set and jointed with chemical adhesive and pointed with sealing copound with matching pigment all specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs Falcrum with roller M.S. painted back swing rubber coated roller stand with steering and hinge for diving board.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above the ground level) (Un-reinforced) and removing to a distance not exc 50 meter complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 40 mm thick,Cement concrete, type B-1, (1:2:4), 20 mm graded aggregate as in floor making finished even and rough complete all as directed

Taking down cement plaster, of any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water all as directed.

M&L preparation of newly plaster surfaces and applying two coats of weather coat(Apex) over one coat of damp shield with one coat of wall care putty to new plastered walls as per manufacturer and apllied by approved applicator complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old plaster surfaces and appplying two coats of weather coat(Apex) over one coat of damp shield with one coat of wall care putty to new plastered walls as per manufacturer and apllied by approved applicator complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down swimming pool under water light fitting with fitting GI strip bracket complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Fixing only in repair swimming pool under water light fitting 100W/12V with 100 W transformer including provn each of GI strip bracket, drilling, nut, bolt and washer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of Brick work or stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth in foundation and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling including spreading levelling two layer not exc 25 cm thick watering and well ramming complete.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the staring point in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 5mm graded stone aggregate in coping water through and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including form work complete all as specified

Material and labour for fly ash brick old size straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified and directed

Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls, with water proofing compound finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified

M&L pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates for cover slab of manhole/soak pit etc set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F of TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying of RCC class NP3 pipes of dia 450 mm jointed & laid complete with collar with proper slope tested as specified and instructions of Engr-in-charge

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for bed to drain pipes including packing under and hunching against side of pipes after they are laid down and tested complete for 450 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the IRC specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
