Supplying of Neon Sign Board for Indian Coast Guard to be installed at the Entrance Indian Coast Guard Station, Gopalpur.

(a) Supplying of Aluminium and acrylic 3D dual channel letters of 3 mm thickness and 75 mm deep with computer designing computerized laser cuttingon the acrylic sheet for preparing 3 D channel letter is fabricated from fiber sheet on a flat sheet of polycarbonated by a computer controlled rouler creates the back of the channel letter and basis for the letter shape the back of te channel letter are formed by bending a 3 - inch -wide (50mm) strip of fiber sheet around the 3 D channel letter welded using alloys with a meeting point above (185 to 329 degree F ) at the seam with a fiber sheet stiched to fastened with glavanized to create a solid shape. of the 3 D channel letter of IS - 14443-1997 etc complete. for finished item work. Note :- Total 25 Letters.

(b) Providing Blue colour neon sign board electrified glass tube containing a rarefiled gas (the gas pressure in the tube is well below atmospheric pressure) with8 mm Glass Tube diameter and 1 mm glass will thickness with heating the glass tube for bending and shaping of each letter. providing nitrogen luminous gas and patented mechanism with ionized electrification to the tube. the mercury evaporaters into mercury vapour, which fills the tube and produces strong ultraviolet light. the ultravoilet light. Supplying of Retro reflectiveSign Board "INDIAN COST GUARD STATION, GOPALPUR " to be installed at the Entrance Indian Coast Guard Station, Gopalpurat Matikhalo Gopalpur.

(a) Supplying of Aluminium 3 M retro reflective stickers with computer art work designing computerzied laser cutting for displaying the sign board content approved by the department etc complete for finished item of work.

S&F Glow sign board for " RESTRICTED ENTRY DEFENCE AREA TREASPASSER WILL BE PROSECUTED" to be installed at the entrance gate of ndian Coast Guard Station, Gopalpur, all as directed by GE.

Brick work with AAC blocks, straight of curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in modular brick in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) pipes 75 mm dia single scoketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials etc. to a distance of 300 M or under, beyond the lead included in the item, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination.

Excavation over area exc 1.5 m depth but not exc 3 m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

M&L for formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs not exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and application of exterior texture paint (naturtal stone) one coat over one base coat (primer) including preparation of any type of surfaces on circular column/elevation/facia, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Paint shall be ready mix with natural stone granulas size as directed by GE consisting of excallent syenthitic binders, anti cracking, anti foaming, anti fungal, anti rusting agents. It should not contain syenthitic inorganic pigments and shall have excellent tolerance to ultraviolet rays and to be applied in single coat.
