Material and labour for dry sand for cushioning to under ground cables in trenches provided with a layer of sand 8cm deep before laying the cable and 15cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed .(Note : Punned thickness shall may be measured for payment).

Supply and Laying brick covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanicalprotection to cable using sub class `B' bricks laid flat size 230x115x75 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning the outer surface of existing pump set including connected pipe lines (pipe line length shall be paint inside the pump house) preparation the surface and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint , complete all as specified for the following sizes at pump house including writing of SM/MES Nos with white synthetic enamel paint on the motor pump set.

Disconnecting the existing non functional submersible pump set from electric supply from panel, dismantling existing CI bend from non return valve, removing and lifting out submersible pump set of any description and capacity & in any position, alongwith existing column pipe 100mm dia and existing submersible cable of any size from the bore well ( up to 450 feet depth of pump set from GL) and staking the pump and column pipes near by the bore well for inspection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : (i) Contractor shall take proper precautions while lifting out and removing pump set from bore well so as to avoid any damage to column pipe and submersible cable. All necessary T&P and equipments required for lifting out pump set etc shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. (ii) Number of column pipe may vary from 30 to 40. The existing pipes & flanged joints shall be checked for its serviceability & unserviceable joints alongwith flanges shall be removed from the column pipe by cutting the pipes & making new thread in pipes for fixing of new flange joint, the cost of same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate for above item. However cleaning of pipes shall be measured & paid separately.

Dismantling and strip opening of submersible pump & motor of any description and in any position for servicing /overhauling mechanically and electrically, cleaning, oiling/greasing, fixing of serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective / unserviceable parts with new parts, welding , etc of broken steel sections of pump, reassembling the Pump & motor, ensuring proper alignment of pump and motor, connecting to existing system and testing at site on full load to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge for 40 to 75 HP capacity, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 HZ, AC supply pumps & motors. Note: - (i) The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing rate for new items are deemed to include under these items. (ii) Burnt out windings of motor shall be replaced, measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ for rewinding. (iii) The rates for above items are deemed to include transportation to & fro of pumps/ motors to workshop for necessary repairs. (iv) The rate quoted for the item shall include re-metaling of Pump shaft, polishing and grinding and making standard size to match with Bush/Neck-ring/ sleeve etc (v) Lifting of pump and motor from bore well and lowering of pump and motor after repairs shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A' (vi) The quoted rate shall be deemed to include replacement of small/ minor parts i.e. washers, keys for coupling, cable packing ring etc.

Taking out & down old unserviceable notice boards of any type and Supply and fix new notice boards box type 120cmx70cmx15cm made out of GI sheet with naming of letters of size 4" on acrylic sheet on front side of box made out of angular MS frame complete with nuts and bolts including fixing of LED 16/20watt light inside 02 Nos and making necessary connection with 6 Amps MCB (inside Sintex Box of including fixing of display boards on PCC block or on other arrangement) as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Redeveloping tubewell by compressed air with minimum pressure of 10Kg/Sq cm to 30 Kg / Sq cm and minimum 450 CFM , complete all as specified in IS 11189-1985, para 4.3 and as directed at site. Note : (i). Compressor, pump, pipe and other allied items shall be arranged by the contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Redeveloping tube well by over pumping for tube well complete after development by compressor and water shall be used only after receipt of satisfactory test result as per IS, complete all as specified and directed. M&Lfor Pea gravel of 2 mm to 4 mm size of approved quality as ordered to pack around the casing/slotted pipes in bore well in angular space between well assembly and bore hole wall should be over minimum 15-18 cm and thoroughly washed before sorrounding in the well and treated with suitable amount of sodium hexa-metaphosphate for 24 hrs before developing by compressed air ,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chemical and bacteriological testing of WATER, sample collecting from re-devoloped borewell & testing carried out from authorized Govt laboratory to ensure potability of water complete along with certified report ,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS black column pipe, 3 mtr long heavy duty, 100mm bore wall thickness 5.4mm, both end flanged with heavy duty MS flanged not less than 16mm screwed and welded inside and outside. The flange end making surface shall be made smooth including welding of 04 strip of 5.0mm thick 25mm wide and 50mm long covering pipe and both end flanged having 08 Nos predrilled hole not less than 16mm including rubber gasket, nut bolts and washer. Pipe should be duly painted with anti corrosive paint ,complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) This item will be execute only with the item of redeveloping.

M & L in repair for flange pipe joints with 3mm thick rubber gasket (packing ring) incl provision of suitable size bolts, nuts and washers etc.for150mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repairs cast iron specials ISI marked for pressure water mains upto 150mm bore spigot and socket Tee pieces, single or double brunch connection or collar etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.

. Material and labour in repacement for old wooden made notice board of size 1200mmx750mm as per existing fixed in various MES installations. Thickness of wooden partical board is not less than 25mm and surrounded with wooden beading of thickness 20mmx20mm on border ,completew all as directed by Engr in Charge. New green cloth (as approved by Engr in charge) shall be laid over the complete surface of notice board properly and all charts, posters related to installation shall be hang on notice board with proper arrangements. The following type of charts/documents is to be displayed / hang on notice board including dismantle the old display board:- (a) Standing order in reference of concerned installations. (b) Lay out diagram of concerend installations. (c) Does and Donts chart (d) Maintenance schedule chart of concerned installations. Note:- All documents/charts shall be prepared by contractor and rates of these charts/documents shall be included in the quoted rate of item. Before finalisation these charts shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge. Contractor is also to be provide one first aid kit with each notice board.

Supply only copper sulphate of best quality as approved, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pumping out water from the RIMC swimming pool of size 50x21M, Diving Pool 16x16 and 6 M deep, Lime tank and Balancing tank (fresh water inflow tank), Bleaching tank etc by using pumpset, removing the sediments and mud, algae and cleaning the walls, floors, ducts, channels, surface of glazed tiles, painted and cemented surfaces by using scrappers, brushes, and other mechanical equipments, washing the surfaces with clean water and applying Hydrochloric acid and other detergents and drying in open all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: (i) The tenderers are advised to visit the site to know the exact condition of the swimming pool before quoting the rate. (i) Cost of hydrochloric acid (HCL) will be measured and paid separately.

Cleaning of RIMC new swimming pool 6,67,000 Gallon capacity, Diving and shallow pool with suction sweeper including cleaning the floor and walls of swimming pool using nylon brushes (one day before suction sweeping) all as specified and directed.

Supply only hydrochloric acid of best quality as approved complete all as specified and directed.
