Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, Jumper work, blasting work in soft and hard rock, conglomerated rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil, chieseling work and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing out watering/dewatering upto any lift, stacking the excavated soil upto any lead from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in layer when required into plinth, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement : Three sand : Six graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty millimetre ) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in Foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Boulder filling dry hand packed tightly under floor within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement conrete inter locking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M- 50 (Fifty grade including border or kurb block grey or coloured over sub-base of concrete with 25mm(Twenty five millimetre) thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (One cement : Four sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks including curing rubbing & polishing complete (Sub base concrete floor to be paid for separately 60mm (Sixty millimetre) thick block within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement :Six sand : Twelve graded stone aggregate 20mm(Twenty millimetre ) nominal size at plinth level in Cement Mortar 1:6(One cement:Six sand) within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Excavation in drain and channels etc. in earth work including dressing of side of earth work are bed and disposing of excavation earth upto any lead and disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in pick jumper work within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement : Four sand : Eight Graded stone aggregate 25mm (Twenty five millimeter ) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in breast and retaining walls etc.within all leads and lifts and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement: Two Sand:Four graded stone aggregate 20mm(Twenty millimeter ) nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. In gratings framed guard bars,ladders,railling,brackets and similar works within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Square rubble masonry coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including racking out joints in cement mortar 1:4 (One cement : Four sand ) within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
