Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position (below or above ground level) not exceeding 15cm thickness including removal of rubbish outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundations, filling, sub base and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floors/ hard standing, etc. laid in panels and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including filling the joints with mastic mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. and removing from site as per schedule of credit complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc. complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering; doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening of Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/ loose soil n. exc. 0.50cum each and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n. exc. 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting/ welding etc. and similar work conforming to FE-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old barbed wire fixed to posts and making coil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for restraining and resecuring only barbed wire including making good staples etc. all as specified and directed. (Each line wire shall be measured).

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and including provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (Each line wire shall be measured).

S&F in repairs barbed razor type concertina coil of size 600mm dia (when un-stretched) fixed between the existing 'V' angle post and barbed wire over security wall with coil of coverage 6.00 metre per coil and weight of each coil 9.5 to 10.00 Kg hot dip galvanised and binding with and including MS annealed wire 0.9mm complete all as per specified and directed.

Dismantling one way trellis work (Jafri) including taking as under of battens in trellis (posts and rails measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in louvers and jallies 25mm thick (measured solid) set in cement mortar (1:4) including all moldings complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork/ brick masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 16.00 above but except bricks. Note:- Serviceable bricks retrieved from Serial item No 15.00 above shall be reused. The quoted rate deemed to include for cleaning and handling of bricks also.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces, etc., any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removal of rubbish outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for keyed pointing in cement mortar (1:3) to new brick masonry wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raking out joints/ pointing of old brick masonry wall and keyed pointing in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid dry and pointed as in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub-base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L factory made precast concrete, machine pressed, interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS: 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and pigment (in top layer) laid over layer of sand cushioning and joints filled with fine sand complete all as specified and directed. Note: sand cushioning to be paid separately.

Supply and filling fine sand as in cushioning below paver blocks all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 250mm x 250mm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and no pigments laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using graded crushed stone aggregates as in mud stops, sides of interlocking paver blocks and similar work, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down hanging mild steel gate not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each and refixing in the same opening after carrying out necessary repair work with welding, change of rusted hold fasts, hinging device, pintol, pivot and locking arrangement including PCC for embedding hold fasts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting hole in brick wall built in cement mortar exc. half brick but n. exc. one brick wall for inserting hold fasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar (1:3) or cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using crushed stone aggregate as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surface of steel or iron of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal to existing treatment old surface of walls and applying two or more coats of Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre deep for foundations etc. or for cesspits etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and n. exc. 1.50 metre in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soft/ loose soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt grazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, internal dia of pipe 150mm, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipe including packing under and haunching against the sides of 150mm bore SGSW pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm bore salt glazed stone ware drain pipes Grade ‘A’ laid and jointed with cement joint and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drain pipe of size 150mm bore and making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1, smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in manhole benching, coping including forming channels, finishing even & smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description as in cover slab etc. including separating, scraping and cleaning of reinforcement and removal of rubbish outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:1½:3), type A-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in precast manhole/ drain covers set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending etc. and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting; any gauge or thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, sun shed etc. fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins; where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates of Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick wall 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc. 5cm & n. exc. 10cm long and dia of the neck 11 to 15mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, for portions framed and hung as gates including pintol hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping, bed plates, PCC blocks of hold fasts, PCC Gola over RCC chajja etc. including use and waste necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing mixed sand from firing range wall upto 7.00 metre height, stacking, sieving the mixed sand to remove dust and metal particles of size 6mm to make the sand fit for reuse complete all as specified and directed.

Removal residual materials obtained from mixed sand to a distance exceeding 50mtr but n. exc. 100mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Refilling sieved sand in sloped portion of firing range wall upto 7.00 metre height (maximum), spreading and leveling in layers n. exc. 25cm thick, well ramming and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Sand as approval by Engineer-in-Charge obtain from sieving (Ser item No. 52.00 above) shall be used for filling.

Refilling sieved sand duly mixed with saw dust in equal proportion in (top layer) in sloped portion of firing range wall upto 7.00 metre height (maximum), spreading and leveling in layers n. exc. 25 m thick, well ramming and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Sand as approval by Engineer-in-Charge obtain from sieving (Sr item No. 52.00 above shall be used for refilling. (ii) Saw dust shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only saw dust all as specified and directed.

Supply HDPE (High density polyethylene) bags filled with and including good quality sand and mouth stitched with nylon thread and stacked upto 7.00metre height complete all as specified and directed.
