Provision of Reinforced cement concrete crash barrier at the edges of the Bridge,road, approaches to bridge structures and medians, constructed with M-40 grade concrete , with HYSD reinforcement conforming to IRC:21 and dowel bars 25 mm dia, 450 mm long at expansion joints filled with pre-moulded asphalt filler board, keyed to the structure on which it is built and installed as per design given in the enclosure to MOST circular No. RW/NH - 33022/1/94- DO III dated 24 June 1994 as per dimensions in the approved drawing and at locations directed by the Engineer, all as specified-with concrete mixture. CSR (22.12 A)

Providing and fixing 65 mm dia GI pipe hand rail over the crash barrier kerb consisting of MS base plate, embedded fasterner and nuts, MS vertical plates and pipes etc, as shown in the drawings and as per specifications and painting the same with 3 or more coats of paints. All the railling components as mentioned above to be hot dip galvanised with a zinc coating of at least 175 gm/sqm. Item to include all incidental works required to complete the work as directed by the Enginneer-in-charge. (N.S) ( As per CSR 28.36 (g))

Strip Seal Expansion Joint (Providing and laying of a strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 70 mm, complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications to be installed by the manufacturer/supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturer's instructions for installation.) CSR 22.19

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects. (MoRT&H no.5.5)

Providing and laying 25mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen 30/40 meeting the requirements given in table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine-grained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces not less than 100OC, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 515. (MoRT&H no. 5.11)

Painting on concrete surface (Providing and applying 2 coats of water based cement paint to unplastered concrete surface after cleaning the surface of dirt, dust, oil, grease, efflorescence and applying paint @ of 1 litre for 2 Sq.m. ) (MoRT&H 14.16)

Providing and laying brick on end edging in full brick width and half brick deep including excavation, refilling and disposal of surplus earth, complete in all respects as per PWD specifications. [CSR item no 24.16]

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 (MoRT&H no.4.1)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. grading 2 (63-45 mm ) as per Technical specification Clause 405.(MoRT&H no.4.11 a(ii))

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. grading 3 ( 53-22.4 ) as per Technical specification Clause 405. (MoRT&H no.4.11 a(ii))

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction (MoRT&H no.5.3)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.00 kg/sqm using mechanical means.(MoRT&H no.5.1)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.(MoRT&H no.5.2)

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades (MoRT&H no.5.7)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A and B seal coats. (MoRT&H no.5.9)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holesas per CSR 24.57

Supplying and fixing of Logo Board (Logo board at starting point & Intermediate distance) with Vertical Post MS Square Tube 80x80x4.80mm,Defination & Diamond Plate of ACP Sheet 3mm thick back side angle iron 25x25x3mm with Retro Reflective Tape type IV including cutting, lettering, Fixing comp. in all respects. clause No..1700

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY Logo & Informatory sign board as per MORD specifications and drawing with ACP Sheet 3mm & 4mm thick fixed on MS angle 25mmx25mm x 3mm size on back on edges. Vertical Post MS square tubes 80x80x4.80mm thick duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of Size 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, below ground level. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1. Retro Reflective Sheet Type IV including cutting, printing, lettering & fixing comp. in all respects.

Providing and fixing of PMGSY Citizen Informatory board ( A & B) as per MORD specifications and drawing with ACP Sheet 4mm thick fixed on MS angle 25mmx25mm x 3mm size on back on edges. Vertical Post MS square tubes 80x80x4.80mm thick duly embedded in cement concrete M-20 grade blocks of Size 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, below ground level. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1. Retro Reflective Sheet Type IV including cutting, printing, lettering & fixing comp. in all respects.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory signs as per IRC : 67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over Aluminium sheeting 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450mm x 600 mm, 600mm below ground level as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 801 (900mm equilateral triangle)

Filling cement bags with sand, sewing and laying in position within 30 ms in dry including cost of E.C. bag & strings as per CSR 23.27

Laying First Class Dry Brick on edge flooring or paving in ordinary bonded courses or in herring bond or other special courses / bond along with preparation of sub grade with rough dressing of soil, final dressing of earth to give level surface and comber including watering, rolling with road roller. All joints shall be thoroughly filled / grouted with dry sand, applied to a thickness of not less than 20 mm over the surface of flooring and brushed into the joints, complete in all respects. as per CSR 14.19

Making bore and installation of pumping set for dewatering arrangements complete in all respects. (CSR 25.5)

Running & Maintenance of Pumping Set 8 HP/Genrator Set for dewatering arrangements complete in all respects. As per CSR 25.4

Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 810 (CSR 22.12 F)

Add Acceptance Test on Bridge as per IRC:SP-51-2015 (Test Must be Conducted from approved / reputated agency / Lab as per approved by the Engineer-in-Charge
