Supply of CI Transformer Housing Box, Round Shape of outside dia 330mm Height 450 mm made of 10mm thick all round except on Top Surface which is 15mm thick having a clear opening of 220mm at the Top Surface and 6Nos. M10 Tapped Holes at the hole centre of 220mm to receive light fittings base plate and bolts. The box shall have two clear hole onside surface. Centre at 75mm above bottom suitable to receive 50mm dia B class GI/HDFE pipe and check nuts and also have a clear hole side. Centre at 175mm above bottom suitable to receive 15mm dia B Class GI Pipes and check nuts. The box shall have two earth bolts of M 10 X 30 mm inside near the hole (100mm above bottom surface) and a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 1/2" dia., B Class GI Pipe as required - Double entry.

Installation of transformer housing box with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4 150mm thick. The top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 10" long 1/2" dia "B" class GI pipe with checknuts for drainage of water including excavation of side shoulder and re-filling (wherever the transformer are in a line the same has to be aligned in such a way that the centers fall in a straight line) etc. complete as required.

Providing and Fixing of top cover plate made with 5mm thick MS Sheet suitable for existing 330mm dia CI transformer housing box with 6 Nos. Stainless steel M-10 bolts, spring and plain washers including providing and fixing of rubber gasket, painting etc. complete as required.

Making field connections by crimping 16 Sq.mm plug and receptacle with the existing 16 Sq.mm Single core copper conductor, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable including filling with gap with water sealant material, applying PVC insulation tape over HT tape insulation etc. as required.

Making field connections by crimping 25 Sq.mm plug and receptacle with the existing 6 Sq.mm Single core copper conductor, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable including filling with gap with water sealant material, applying PVC insulation tape over HT tape insulation etc. as required.

Making field connections by crimping 25 Sq.mm plug and receptacle with the existing 16 Sq.mm Single core copper conductor, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable including filling with gap with water sealant material, applying PVC insulation tape over HT tape insulation etc. as required.

Making field connections by crimping 25 Sq.mm plug and receptacle with the existing 25 Sq.mm single core aluminium conductor, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable including filling with gap with water sealant material, applying PVC insulation tape over HT tape insulation etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia GI wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with the existing surface / recessed conduit / submain wiring / cable as required.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge.
