Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc.including removing of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement in Cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thickon fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement and sand mortar 1:4 using water liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions (WPC shall be measured and paid separately) top surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick on concrete surfaces in ceiling , in cement and sand mortar 1:3 finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

Supply only Integral liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645-2003 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparing the roof surfaces with clean, dust free on dry surfaces for water proofing treatment as follows :- (a) One coat of bituminious primer @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm is applied on the roof and parapet (b) 3 mm thick polymetric membrane weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm reinforced with polyster non wove fabric ( wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on the hot bitumen applied surface. With overlaps maintained at 10 cms and 7.50 cm at side. APP membrance shall be fixed thermo-fused by flame torch as per manufacturer instruction. Material and labour for preparation of old surfaces of walls by complete removal of existing treatment and applying wall care white putty and sand papering surfaces to achieve smooth surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic based distemper emulsion over a coat of cement based primer, white or tinted including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, removing of unserviceable material from work site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed rolled mild steel in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces,etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering.
