Contract Details

Dismantling / taking down in repairs the street light / security lights of any capacity & description from existing LT pole/walls at any height and refixing the fittings in existing / another location after repair work all as directed by Engg-in-charge. Note:- (i) Replacement of defective parts / accessories shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) Transport and T & P i.e. Ladder, safety items, or any other equipment for repair of street light shall be provided by Contractor and cost for the same deemed to be incl in respective items.

Material and labour Garden Light Pressur dia cast powder coated housing with PC diffuser,Efficient high output LED with IP 66 protection and indirect lighting with glare free milky white side covers complete with PCC Work ,cable etc. Cat No: LBLA3-10-CDL of make: Crompton Greaves or equivalent in Philips/ Bajaj/ Havells including taking out of old light fitting all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair integral LED street light luminaries comprising of epoxy powder coated housing, enclosed with glass cover in frame of capacity 70/72 watt, Ingress protection IP 65 protection including connected wire, Suitable for 40mm dia pipe, with complete accessories to be fixed on pole/wall including connecting the fitting to over head ACSR/bus bar box at the bottom of pole with using 1.00 Sqmm three core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair existing post top lantern of any type and watage with replacement of new integral LED post top lantern for 20 watt LED luminaries IP65 aluminium encloser all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing LED flood light 70 watt 230V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equippedwith IP66 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp.

Material & Labour for fixing LED flood light luminaries of cap 120 watt, 230 volt AC,outdoor type with high Pressure die cast Aluminium housing and heat resistant complete with with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics, IP 67 protection complete with accessories, pre wired up to a terminal block and mounting attachment complete all as specified. Make :-SYSKA CAT PART No SSK-BLS-CF-120WAT or equivalent Bajaj/Crompton/Havells etc.

Material and labour LED Post Top Lantern 40 watt for 360O indirect lighting with glare free milky white side covers and IP65 grade protection Cat No: LPTO-40-CDL of make: Crompton Greaves or equivalent in Philips/ Bajaj/ Havells including taking out of old light fitting all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for On load Changeover 4 pole, 415 V, 100 Amp in sheet steel enclosure Cat No:CO22000OSOO of make: L&T or Cat No: E-CSCS200NM4CO of C&S or equivalent inLegrand/ Schneider/ ABB including taking out of old one all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement, Brackets for street light fittings made out of 40 mm bore Light grade GI pipe, 1.2 Mtr length, bend to shape all as directed. (Note : Clamps, nuts and bolts will be measured and paid separately).

Supply & fixing in replacement, weather proof street light junction box of size 20x20x15cm depth including bakelite fuse control of 32 Amps and connecting terminals 4way and fixing with street light Poles (Steel/PCC) complete all as directed. (Note : Clamps, nuts and bolts for fixing the box with pole will be measured and paid separately).

Supply & fixing in replacement, for two core PVC insulated cables 2.5 Sqmm size, 1100 Volt grade with copper conductor and drawing into street light brackets/PVC Conduits and connecting with Junction Box and Street light fittings complete all as directed.

S&F in repair service wire 1100 volts grade PVC insulated PVC unsheathed cable multi stranded copper conductor of size 3 core 1.0 sqmm complete all as specified.

S&F in repair service wire 1100 volts grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable weather proof multi stranded with aluminum conductor of size 6.0 sqmm 2 core complete all as specified.

S&F in repair service wire 1100 volts grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable weather proof multi stranded with aluminum conductor of size 10 sqmm 2 corecomplete all as specified.

S&F in repair LED driver 72W/120W 2600mA suitable for LED light fitting completed all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for MCCB 4 pole, 415 V, 63 Amp, 25 kA Cat No: Cat No:CM91712OOHOOG of make: L&T or equivalent in Legrand/ Schnieder/ ABB including taking out of old one all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing and testing LT cable jointing kit straight through heat shrinkable type suitable for cable PVC /XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty aluminum conductor 1100V grade LT cable of size 3.5/4 core 16 to 50 sqmm complete all as directed.

Trimming of tree branches touching to over head lines, up to 1.5 mtr distance all around of ACSR conductors of span 30meter to 50 meter of HT/LT feeders and depositing cut branches away from site as directed and clearance of HT/LT pole and sub station premises all as directed. Note: (i) Trimming of all branches of trees falling under one span between two pole shall be considered as one span only. (ii) Contractor have to arrange all T&P, safety equipments manpower and vehicle for trimming at different locations. Contractor or his rep has to ensure power shut down of overhead lines before carrying out trimming. Contractor shall be responsible for any lapses/ mishappening occurred due to negligence of safety aspects.

Dismantling and opening of air cooled DG set of 10 KVA 415 v 1500 RPM 50 HZ capacity including coupled alternator with the engine unit for repair, Maintenance and servicing mechanically and electrically, incl cleaning, oiling/greasing, removing & replacement of defective unserviceable parts with new parts, ie ‘O’ rings/diesel filter /oil filter /Air filter /fan belt / hose/ Engine Oil etc as required at site and manufacturer's instructions and checking of valves & nozzles etc, reassembling the DG set ensuring proper alignment connecting to existing system and making DG set perfectly operational and testing at site on full load to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.Notes:- (i) The quoted rates of the contractor includes replacement of small/minor parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, locking nuts, small springs, `O’ rings, screws/gaskets/ packing /studs etc. The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch 'A’ (ii) Engine oil shall be drained out carefully, collected by the contractor in his own suitable containers and stored properly for checking serviceability including cleaning of oil sump by pouring kerosene oil all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (iii) Fresh engine oil for DG sets shall be supplied by the contractor as “ Supply only” and shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’. Its cost of filling is deemed to be included under the rates quoted by the contractor for above item.

Supply and fix Fuel filter primary/secondary element complete with sealing ring and copper washer suitable for 10 KVA to 35KVA DG set complete all as directed.

Supply and fix lubricating oil filter complete with seal ring suitable for 10 KVA to 35KVA DG set complete all as directed.

Supply and fix fuel pipe from feed pump to fuel filter suitable for 10 KVA to 35KVA DG set complete all as directed.

Supply and fix fuel pipe from fuel filter to fuel pump suitable for 10 KVA to 35KVA DG set complete all as directed.

Supply and fix Gasket for cylinder head suitable for 10 KVA to 35KVA DG set complete all as directed.

Supply and fix V belt suitable for 10 KVA to 35KVA DG set complete all as directed.

Supply and fll Engine oil castrol 15 W- 40 grade complete all as directed.

M&L for cleaning outer body of DG set incl oil tank of DG sets of various capacity by collecting the fuel in cleaned barrels and removing sludge deposited/ accumulated inside the tank including replacement of fuel tank locking arrangement and fuel hose pipe with new and one coat painting outer body of DG set and fuel tank with synthetic enameled paint and refilling the collected fuel after filtration complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for checking the serviceableaty of the electric wiring system the components/ parts of alternator repair and replacement of brushes, diods, self exiter and battery terminals, terminal clamps incl varnishing of alternator winding, etc, re-assembling the parts and making the component serviceable and its testing on installation complete all as specified and directed.

S&F automatic battery charger 12 volt auto cut reverse protection of output voltage 12 volt with copper winding complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing battery 150 AH 12 Volt of complete all as specified and directed. Make EXIDE GOLD /AMARON/ LUMINIOUS.

Supply & fixing battery 80 AH 12 Volt of complete all as specified and directed. Make EXIDE GOLD /AMARON/ LUMINIOUS.

Material and labour for repair/replacement of burnt winding of Dynoma/ alternator of 10-50 KVA DG Set opening it from DG Set taking it to the workshop for repair, after repairing fixing it to the proper place in DG set and testing it after running the DG set weather the alternator is charging battery properly, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Servicing and calibration of FIP (Fuel injection pump) & nozzles incl replacement of minor parts like nuts, bolts, washers etc for DG set of capacity 10 to 50 KVA.

S&F in replacement Solenoid Switch for 10 KVA to 50 KVA DG set and testing complete for proper functioning.

S&F in replacement of Ignition Switch of DG Sets & complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of AVR suitable for 10 KVA to 50 KVA DG Sets complete all as directed.

S&F Self Starter suitable for 10 to 35 KVA DG Set 12 Volt Make: Lucas/AutoLak.

Supply and install, testing off load type changeover switch four pole, AC 415 volts 50 HZ of capacity 100 Amps 4 pole with enclosure, side handle operated conforming to IS:13947 incl fixing on wall/panel complete all as directed.

Supply and install, testing off load type changeover switch four pole, AC 415 volts 50 HZ of capacity 63 Amps 4 pole with enclosure, side handle operated conforming to IS:13947 incl fixing on wall/panel complete all as directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal GL and connected to earth plate . Earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt upto 1.5 meter depth all around the earth plate and connected to earth lead of GI strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to Plant/equipment and protected by galvanized iron or steel pipe light grade and water pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Pt I of 2009 and also including making test point for testing of earthing made out of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75x75x25 mm complete. Note : On testing after completion of earthing if desired earth resistance below 5 ohms is not achieved, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

S & F in replacement of MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, fixed type, 63 to 100 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 160 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as directed.

M&L for replacement of ACB of 400 Amp rating, 3 pole, 50 Hz with manual fixed type with microprocessor release of capacity400 Amps thermal magnetic release and testing complete all as specified and directed at site.

Taking out old unserviceable LT cable of any size any type from trench/ duct/poles/roof/pipe etc. and keeping aside for segregation of serviceability. Serviceable cable will be re-laid at same place or other place as required.

Supply and laying, connecting XLPE insulated, armored, heavy duty electric cable multi stranded aluminum conductors, 1100V grade, of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core with proper size of lugs and laid in trenches / ducts / through GI pipe / fixed to poles etc. complete all as directed. Note: Excavation earthwork, cable covers, sand cushioning and GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, for laying of under ground electric cable, pipes etc. all as directed and specified. Note:(i) Authorised width & depth shall only be excavated, measured and paid as specified in clause 3.2.3 of SSR part II and 19.74.1 of SSR part I for cable/pipe laying portion. (ii) Serviceable bricks obtained during excavation shall be stacked separately carefully without any extra cost for reuse.

M & L for river bed sand filling in trenches/ ducts 15 cm above cable and 8 cm under the cable for cushioning/protection to cable including spreading, leveling and get thick 18cm after hand punning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for old size sub class `B` bricks, kiln burnt, as in cable protection laid flat with axis of brick perpendicular to the axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed .

Relaying old retrieved serviceable sub class 'B' bricks all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as directed.
