Material and Labour for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating , includiong necessary formworks, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Rolled sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc.using steel conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E 165) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Steel work in trusses, purlins, posts and the like using tubular/ square hollow sections including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes/SHS conforming to IS.1161 - 2014 / IS.4923 - 1997 grade St.-210 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each , n.exc 5 cm long & dia 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement laid in alternate panels and joints filled with bituminous 1 part and 3 part of sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for sub base as in floor complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for floor finished even and smooth without using extra cement using extra cement in alternate panels complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying two coat of Premium exterior acrylic emulsion paint (anti fungal) over a coat of primer as per manufacturer instructions including preparation of new or previously untreated wall surface complete all as specified & directed

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of premium acrylic emulsion paint, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance including priming coat of exterior primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previous untreated surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on walls surface complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered wall surfaces including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke, soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior weather coat with one coat of primer over & incl 3 mm thick wall care putty (as per manufacturers instruction) (Appex Ultima) of M/s Assian make or equivalent of M/s Berger, M/s Shalimar, complete all as specified and directed.

PART-II (E/M WORKS) Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable main switches DBs, MCB enclosures, electric meter, PVC rectangular blocks etc and keeping in safe custody either for reuse or for disposal Including making good to the disturbed surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring using 1100 volt grade FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multi strand copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm including 1.5 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multi strand 1100 volt grade copper conductor earth wire drawn through and including concealed PVC conduit of appropriate size not less than 20 mm dia and 1.8 mm thick including all fittings viz tees, bends, junctions box , connecting earth including cutting groove for concealed wiring, making good to disturbed surface of wall/floor with cement mortar and finishes to match existing including connection of cable with MCBs or bus bar shall be done through proper size copper/brass thimble of pin/u type etc for one light/fan/bell point complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.37 here in before but for 5 Amps socket Point (Independent board), complete all as specified and directed
