Taking down carefully (copper/aluminum) point wiring complete of any type (batten/surface conduit) for light point, fan point, bell point socket point or power point complete with all fitting such as switches, sockets pendants regulators etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor or ceiling with plaster or tiles or roof treatment etc and finishing the surfaces with distemper/white washing/colour washing to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for point wiring complete using 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor, stranded cable (FR) upto and including working voltage 1100volts grade, drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit or PVC casing and caping of suitable size including all accessories ISI marked including pressed steel terminal sunken boxes of size 1.2mm covered with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet ISI marked top cover fixed with Brass screws and unsheathed copper conductor stranded cable(FR) earth continuity wire connected to DBs/sunken boxes/fittings of size 1.5 Sqmm Cross sectional area and all other metal parts with earth dolly for the following:-

(a ) one light point controlled by one switch 5 Amps

(b ) one fan point point controlled by one switch 5 Amps

(c) One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on Independent board

(d ) One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on same board

( e) One bell point controlled by one bell push

Supply and fix Switch piano Flush, single pole, one way 5 amp 230 Volts, AC, with ISI mark complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Bell push, single pole, one way 5 amp 230 Volts, AC, with ISI mark complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Socket outlet 2 in 1, 5 Amps flush type 230 Volts, AC, with ISI mark complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Bell electric Ding Dong 230 Volts, AC, with ISI mark complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.2 above but with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor for 15 Amps 3 pin socket.

Supply and fix Switch Socket Combination 2 in 1, 5 Amps /16 Amps flush type 230 Volts, AC, with ISI mark complete all as specified and directed.

Attending internal/ external electric complaint for maintenance/breakdown, round the clock for maintenance, checking, fault finding and rectification of fault in LT panels/Overhead HT/LT lines, transformers, switchgears and carry out repairs and resume electric supply complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (a)Day to day complaint rectified by the Electrician shall be written in complaint register and completion report recorded in complaint register and complaint document slip rectified complaints only will be paid. (b) The spares required for the rectification of fault shall be measured under items 10 to 32.(c). (c) 5 Nos complaints will be measured as one job.

Supply and fixing LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm,35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete all as specified and directed. Make: Bajaj / Havells/Philips/Crompton Greaves.

Supply only LED bulb 9 watts, 230 volt complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells/Philips/Crompton Greaves.

Supply only MCB double pole 240 volt B curve 10 KA 25 Amps capacity complete all as specified and directed. Make: Indoasian/ Havells / standard.

All as per ser item No 30 above but MCB TP 415 volt C curve 10 KA, rating 16-32 Amps capacity complete all as specified and directed. Make: Indoasian/ Havells/ standard.

All as per ser item No 30 here-in-before but MCB single pole, 6 to 32 Amp 240 volt B curve 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Sub main wiring using two runs of single core PVC insulated cable(FR) 4 sqmm copper conductor multi stranded and one run of 4 sqmm copper conductor insulated cable (FR)using as earth wire drawn through and including suitable size PVC Casing and Caping including taking down old aluminium/Copper Sub main wirng complete all as specified and directed. Note- 3 run of 4 sq mm PVC copper wire and One run of PVC casing caping shall be measured and paid as one unit.

Material and labour for Sub main wiring using two runs of single core PVC insulated cable (FR) 6 sqmm copper conductor multi stranded and one run of 6 sqmm copper conductor insulated cable (FR)using as earth wire drawn through and including suitable size PVC Casing and Caping including taking down old aluminium/Copper Sub main wirng complete all as specified and directed. Note- 3 run of 6 sq mm PVC copper wire and One run of PVC casing caping shall be measured and paid as one unit.

Supply and fix in repairs Distribution board (DB) made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet), dust and vermin proof, TPN 4 way, single door, IP-30 protection (4 + 12 module) TPN MCB, 415 V as incomer, SP/DP/TP/TPN as outgoing complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in repairs Distribution board (DB) made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet), dust and vermin proof, SPN 4 way, single door, IP-30 protection DP MCB, 240 V as incomer, SP MCBs as outgoing complete all as specified and directed .

All as per ser item No 36 above but SPN 8 way, double door 240 volts

Supply and fix in repairs single pole and neutral enclouser with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with and including one MCB single pole 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Collecting unserviceable ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep 230V, AC single phase from store yard of AGE E/M and transporting to local market, cutting unserviceable winding from fan stater & rewinding same with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge size including throughly cleaning all the components, oiling greasing & replacement of rusted unserviceable screws, hanging clamps with rubber reel, canopy condensers, bush, bearing & flexible copper connection wire etc complete all as directed. Note : (i) Taking down and refixing after repair work shall be measured and paid under Item No.42 above. (ii) Spare such as Hanging clamps, canopy, condenser and flexible copper connection wire, painting, down rod, bearing, bush, clamps etc shall be measured & paid separatetly under item Nos.49 to 56.

Taking down carefully geyser of any make and capacity 25/50ltrs, dismantling the geyser for inspection, cleaning of tank, repalcement of defective part such as heating element, thermostat switch, spacer ring, safety plug, glass wool, neon lamp, head assembly, rubber gasket, top and bottom cover, inspection plate, copper cable 3 core, 3 pin Top plug, element holding clamp, welding of studs for head assembly, defective inner and outer shell reassembling the geysers with one coat of milky white synthetic enamel spray paint of approved quality after cleaning of all dust rust etc and writing of MES No on the geyser using black paint, Reinstallation of geysers to its original postion complete all as specified. Note : Spare parts such as heating element thermostat switch, spacer ring, heon lamp, head assembly, glass wool, safety plug rubber, gasket, copper cable, top & bottom cover, inspection plate, CP & PVC connection, Plug Top, Outer & Inner shell element holding clamps etc shall be measured & paid for seperately in respective items here in after.

Material and labour for servicing including cleaning of condensor & eveporator coils fins with mild detergent and descaling of condensor coil for split type AC of any make/ capacity after taking down the whole unit and refixing at the existing location or any other new location after servicing all as specified and directed. Note: Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Supply and fix in repairs Printed Circuit Board suitable for 1.5/2TR Capacity Split Unit Air Conditioners including remote, etc. all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Make of PCB shall be of existing manufacturer as compatible with the AC.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out existing burnt out compressor from window/Split type Air conditioner 1.5 TR Capacity and supply and fixing sealed unit compresser of existing capacity 1.5 TR, single phase, 230 V AC supply initialy filled with compressor oil as speciifed by Engr-in-charge and testing on load for 24 hrs in summer. Make : LG/ Voltas/ Samsung complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out existing burnt out compressor from Split type Air conditioner 2 TR Capacity and supply and fixing sealed unit compresser of existing capacity 2 TR, single phase, 230 V AC supply initialy filled with compressor oil as speciifed by Engr-in-charge and testing on load for 24 hrs in summer complete all as specified and as directed. Make : LG/ Voltas/ Samsung
