Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres .53 mm to 22.4 mm size stone aggregate Suppllying & stacking at site. within all leads and lift of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density within all leads and lift of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). within all leads and lift of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Earth work in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto any lead ,dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material within all leads and lift including carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) within all leads and lift including carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.
