The trap door shall have an external frame made of Powder coated aluminium channel on which the shutter is hinged. Shutter shall be made 3 mm thick ACP sheet shutter external frame of shutter made of Powder coated aluminium channel. Concealed heavy duty hinges shall be used to mount the shutters and locking shall be provided. The shutter shall be moulded in level with the false ceiling forming a groove all around.
