RATE CONTRACT FOR CLEARANCE OF CHOKED DRAINS REMOVAL OF MULBA AND INSTALLATION REPAIR OF STREET LIGHTS AT INDUSTRIAL ESTATE BIRPUR

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared

Removal of unhygienic materials (so classified by the site engineer) from designated sites and its disposal as per directions, all inclusive.

Disposal of mulba collecting from drains & as per stacked from the site to outside the Industrial esatte (average lead 10 Km) including loading & unloading complete.

Disposal of unhygenic mulba on roadside at various locations in Industrial Estate (stacked material/mulba by locals and industrials ) including excavations from road side berms, loading, unloading , carriage by way of engaging trolleys to outside the muncipal limits.

Repairing & fixing of following items:

Supplying and fixing of Bed Switch of 10 amp on existing poles of street light.(Make: Anchor/Havells or equivalent.

Supplying and fixing of suitable capacitor for the existing street light upto 250 watt.( ISI make)

Supplying and fixing of suitable igniter for the existing street light uptom 250 watt.( ISI make)

Supplying and fixing of suitable choke for the existing street light upto 250watt.( ISI make)

Supplying and repairing of LED of upto 72 watt for existing street light.( ISI make)

wiring for street light/pole light using 2 x1.5sqmm PVC Flexible Cable complete with accessories as required( complete job).( Make: Havells/Anchor/Finolex/RR Cabel/Polycab)

Supply & fixing of 20mm dia conduit MMS type along with accessories in surface/recess of existing street light pole.( Make: Anchor/AKG/Finolex/Polypack

Supply, installation testing, reparing & commissioning of LED light driver of upto 72 watt in existing LED Light complete job.( Make: ISI)/Brand compatible with LED

Supply and fixing of GI pipe 32 mm dia, 2 mtrs long (medium class) suitable to mount LED fixture of 30-42 mm dia, bracket for mounting of street light fixture on existing wall/pole including bending the pipe to required shape complete with GI clamps, nut bolts & washer as required.( Complete Job)

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Following items along with accessories as required (complete job). i) 72/75 watt LED Street light /Roadway Luminaire with efficacy> 100lm/watt with IP rating of 65/66 & should be suitable to mount on 30-42 mm OD dia pipe( Make: Panasonic/Philips/Havells/Wipro/Jaquar/crompton. ii) GI pipe 32 mm dia, 2 mtrs long (medium class) suitable to mount LED fixture of 30-42 mm dia, bracket for mounting of street light fixture on existing wall/pole including bending the pipe to required shape complete with GI clamps, nut bolts & washer as required. ( Complete Job). iii) 2 x1.5sqmm PVC Flexible Cable.(Make:Anchor/havells/RR cabel/ polycab/ finolex)-4 metres. iv) 1/2 Module waterproof Switch box along with 6/10 amp switch & should be suitable to mount on existing street light pole.( Make: c&s/Anchor/havells or equivalent).
