Cutting in earth work all kinds of soils and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of any metres such as pick work , jumper work, pick work,pick jumper blasting work, blasting work in soft and hard rock conglomrate rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil including chiseling/wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing out of watering/dewatering upto any lift stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in layers when required into plinth sides of foundations consolidation each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge within any leads including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, Jumper work, blasting work in soft and hard rock, conglomerated rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil, chieseling work and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing out watering/dewatering upto any lift, stacking the excavated soil upto any lead from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in layer when required into plinth, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three point fifteen millimetre ) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. (Thirty x thirty x five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to all floor level and removal of same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals . a) Columns, pillars, posts and struts in square, rectangular or polygonal in plan.

b) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs ,landings and the like, floor etc. upto any thickness.

c) Beams, cantilevers, girders and lintels, sides and soffits of beams, beam hunching, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels upto any depth in all heights from any floor level.

d) Stair cases with slopping or steped soffits excluding landing.

e) Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness) , partitions and the like including attached pillasters ,buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

f) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls in any width.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( one cement : five sand : ten graded stone aggregate 40mm.(Forty millimetre) nominal size with 15% plum and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in retaining wall/breast wall the size of plum shall usually be 150mm to 300mm as per HPPWD specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated 1:5:10 ( one cement : five sand : ten graded stone aggregate 40mm.(Forty millimetre) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Stone soling/boulder filling dry hand packed in under floor as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete design mix M-25 (twenty five) grade mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work.the mix shall be designed as per requirement of I.S code and PWD specification .The design mix will be got approved from theEngineer-in charge prior to the casting.The theoritical consumption of cement for theitem shall be worked out as per approved design mix as per IS code. including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals . i)Suspended floors , roofs, landings and shelves and their support , balconies, beams, girders,bressumers and cantilever upto floor any level.

b) Columns, pillars, posts and struts square rectangular polygonal in plain upto all floor level.

c) Stair cases (except spiral stair case) excluding landing but including preparing of the top surface and finishing of nosing upto all floor level.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete design mix M-20 (twenty) grade mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work. The mix shall be designed as per requirement of I.S code and PWD specification .The design mix will be got approved from the Engineer-in charge prior to the casting.The theoritical consumption of cement for the item shall be worked out as per approved design mix as per IS code in moulding as in cornices windows, sills etc. upto any girth upto floor all floor level including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete design mix M-20 (twenty) grade mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work. Providing, supplying & fixing of glazing Open able Door made out of multi chambered PVC sections with TPV gasket having isolated drainage and reinforced with Galvanised Iron profiles throughout the window. The outer frame having overall size of 60 x55 mm with reinforcement of 1 mm thickness, sash with overall size of 102 x 60 mm with reinforcement of 1.5 mm thickness. Glazing bead for fixing of glass shall be of size 34 x 20 mm and coextruded with gasket. Composition of profile shall consists a minimum of 6 PHR of CaCo3 for every 100 parts of PVC resin. The sliding cuter frame having overall size of 50 x 82 mm(fifty x eighty two millimetre) with reinforcement of 2 mm(two millimetre) thickness, sash with overall size of 50 x 82 mm with reinforcement of 1.5 mm (one point five millimetre) thickness. Glazing bead for fixing of glass shall be of size 20 x 18 mm (twenty x eighteen) and coextruded with gasket. 15mm (fifteen milimetre) cement plaster in single coat on the fair side of brick/concrete/stone wall for interior plastering upto floor all level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty milimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement:6 sand) as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, and lifts other incidentals.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Distempering (Two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture of and of required shade of undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with alkali resistance primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Wall painting (two coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade i/c thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth i/c applying of putty a required for making the surface as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
