S & Delivery of 1.1 KV. Gr. armored XLPE/A Al. LT cable of following [Make: Policab/Gloster/Havells/RR]

a) 4 core X 50 sq.mm.

b) 4 core X 120 sq.mm.

c) 4 core X 150 sq.mm.

Supplying and fixing 4 core compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below :

Finishing of the XLPE/PVC insulated armoured cable ends by crimping method with cable sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, soldering materials, tapes etc.

Laying of one No. cable above 35 sqmm and upto 185 sqmm in underground trench 460mm wide x 760mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trenchwith shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed

Supplying and fixing 415V, TPN on load front operated Changeover switch with Sheet Steel enclosure on angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc.

Supplying and fixing 415V, TPN SFU with sheet steel enclosure on angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc incl. S & F 3 nos. DIN type HRC fuse as per rating.(Make- L&T)

Supply,Installation,Testing & commissioning of cubical type panel, compartmentalized wall mounted indoor type dust and vermin proof powder coated panel panel board ,suitable for 415V 3phase ,4wire ,50HZ ,ac supply of suitable size made out of 2mm thick MS sheet so as accommodate the following mounting complete with copper busbar of 315A capacity ,detachable gland plate,with suitable size 4mm thick MS channel frame at the bottom,with adequate size cu wire ,copper bar ,cu link cable connector etc along with necy nuts,bolts,clamps,grounting bolts incl providing and fixing the following accessoried etc complete as required .(all make L&T)

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:6)(a) In foundation and plinth

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) (a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

M.S. works in brackets made from flats, angles, tees etc. to sizes specialy bent, twisted, forged; making holes drilled and fitted to rafter of trusses with necessary bolts, nuts, washer or screws etc. (length of straight not less than 230 mm)

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (iv) 1:2 cement mortar (to be used in floors and for special works) a)(a) 15 mm. thick plaster

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m.
