Excavation in foundation, trenches etcetera in earth work involving all classification of soil such as pick work, pick jumper work, blasting work, soft or hard rocks including chiseling/wedging out of rocks where blasting work is prohibited or any other mixed variety of intermediate soil, dewatering and removal of slush if arrisen during course of construction and lift upto all heights including stacking the excavated soil not more than three metre clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm (fifteen centimeter) thick layers when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavation earth within all leads,lifts by any mode of transportation and other incidental, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Any loss to the private and public property during course of construction shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor. Rate is inclusive of royalty, malkana, toll tax, GST and other taxes imposed by the government.

Excavation in earth work, lift upto 1.50 mtr (One decimal five zero metre) stacking the excavated soil not more than 3.00m (Three metre) clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimetre) layers, when required in to plinths, sides of foundations etcetra consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth upto any lead lift and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement isto four sand isto eight aggregate) graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size mechanically mixed and curing complete, excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per approved specification, drawing including entire carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. Rate is inclusive of royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the government.

Filling in plinth with sand under floor including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete as per PWD specification. The rate is inclusive of cost and carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Stone filling tightly hand packed under flooring including ramming and consolidation complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidental . Providing and fixing M.S. angle of TATA/Sail in doors, windows clerestory windows frames (Single rebate) manufactured from M.S. angle section 35x35x5mm/ 40x40x5mm (Thirty five into thirty five into five millimetre)/ (Forty into forty into five millimetre) with M.S. flat 50x4mm (Fifty into Four millimetre) combination as per specifications, design, drawing including hinges, jambs, beads if required thrashold of M.S. angles 50x25mm (Fifty into Twenty five millimetre) welded or rigidly fixed by mechanical means lugs, with split ends tails to each jambs including steel butt hinges 2.5mm (Two decimal five millimetre) thick with a provision of locking arrangements, shock observers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretreatment of the surfaces as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
