Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium trafford sheet roofing 0.46mm thick of approved quality with necessary overlap of minimum 150mm at ends and sides including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks (on ridge),bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and GI limpet washers or with GI limpet washers filled with white lead, (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins,rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. etc. complete as per IS code 1254: and as per the direction of Engineering wing, KSCSC.
Supplying & providing aluminium ridge sheet 0.50mm thick of approved quality including fixing with U bolt and nut 8mm plain washer and bitumen washer etc including all labour charges etc.complete as per IS code 1254: and as per the direction of Engineering wing, KSCSC. (90cm overallwidth)
Painting steel work with two or more coats of SYNTHETIC ENAMEL PAINT of I quality and approved colour to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces, filling the crevices with approved filler,primer, scaffolding, all cost and conveyance of labour and material charges etc complete all as per the direction of Engineering Wing KSCSC.
i)Two or more coats on new truss work
Supplying , laying 150mm size of ready made square UPVC rain water pathy for eves gutter with clamps/ clips/ at 1.00 m spacing including cost convayance, fittings and labour charges etc. for fixing the gutter, etc complete all as per the direction of Engineering wing, KSCSC.
Providing and fixing PVC pipes including fixing the pipe with clamps/clips at 1.00 m spacing. This included jointing of pipes with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge 75 mm dia 6Kgf/cm2 - External work- Exposed on wall
