SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (B/R WORKS)

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n exc 0.5 cum and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out excavated earth, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exceeding 250 M and not exceeding 500 M and depositing outside MD land at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix structural steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS - 1161-1979 grade St.-240 all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel tubular sections as in posts, struts posts, purlins etc including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, including all necessary welding, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild plate(plain or chequerred), channel, square cut or notched(ordinary or counter sunk) forming holes with riveted, bolted or welded attachment to bottom of pipe conforming to Fe 410-W quality A(Gde-E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces over 10 cm wide or girth including preparation of surface etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coated corrugated sheet of 0.50mm thickness having tensile strength of 550 Mpa with coating thickness fixed with GI self taping screws as in roof covering/cladding to wall, ridges, valley gutters fixed to frame work all as per manufacturers instructions all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coated 0.5mm thick having tensile strength of 550 Mpa with coating thickness prepainted plain galvalume sheeting as in ridge and cladding, fixed with GI self tapping screw complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC(SWR) half pipes trapezoidal shape rain water gutter 150mm at top and 110mm at bottom width complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC pipe (SWR) single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint 110mm dia fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel bands , straps, supports or stays for rain water pipes including bolts and nuts and similar work conforming to Fe 290, Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 50mm thick cushion of coarse aggregate of size 6.3mm and below, compacted with mechanical surface vibrator complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb, mud stop rounded or chamferred edges complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (E/M WORKS)

Material and Labour for point wiring complete using 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor, stranded cable FRLS upto and including working voltage 1100volts grade, ISI marked, drawn through and including non metalic rigid PVC conduit including all accessories such as bend, tee, junction boxes, elbows etc concealed including pressed steel terminal sunken boxes for fixing modular fittings of size 1.2mm thick fixed with brass screws and unsheathed copper conductor stranded cable FRLS earth continuity wire connected to DBs/sunken boxes/fittings of size 1.5 Sqmm cross sectional area and all other metal parts with earth dolly for for One light/ fan point controlled by one switch 5 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No.17 above but for one socket outlet 5 Amps, 3 pin on independent board complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Modular switch one way 6A, 1 Module complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Modular switch socket combination one way, 3 pin 6A, 3Module complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED tube light fitting with tube decorative ultra slim round profile LED lighting fixtures 18 Watt with extruded polycarbonate, envirmental friendly energy efficient ready to use pack, accessories prewired and connecting up complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for sub main wiring with two runs of FRLS single core multistranded copper conductor 4 sqmm, PVC insulated and unsheathed drawn through and including suitable size PVC casing and caping with all accessories fixed to walls/ceiling including one run of 4 Sqmm copper (insulated) cable FRLS as earth continuity conductor including complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 3 runs of 4 Sqmm cable and one run of PVC casing and caping shall be measured one unit length.

Supply and fixing distribution board in sheet metal enclosure(CRCA sheet), dust and vermin proof, powder coated, factory made, IP 43 protection, double door type SPN 4 way with 200 Amps, 240 Volt rated copper bus bar neutral and earth connected bars, fixed properly at directed place by using suitable required fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: MCB shall be mesured and paid separately.

Supply and fix MCB SP, 240 Volts, 6 to 32 Amps, breaking capacity of 10 KA, 'C' Curve complete all specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCB SPN, 240 Volts, 32 Amps, breaking capacity of 10 KA, 'C' Curve IP 20 complete all specified and as directed.
