Servicing, taking out & removing unserviceable/defective parts/spares, cleaning, servicing, de-scaling of water jackets, oiling and greasing of necessary parts, refixing the serviceable parts in position after servicing, replacement of unserviceable parts including draining-out of existing engine oil and filling new engine oil of same grade and filters, refixing of all accessories and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed for following capacity of DG sets :- (a) 15 KVA 3 phase 50 HZ

(b) 25 KVA to 30 KVA 3 phase 50 HZ

(c) 110 KVA to 125 KVA 3 phase 50 HZ

NOTE : (i) The quoted rates of the contractor shall include for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of Sch `A’ as `Supply only. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of replacement of small/minor parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, locking nuts, small springs, `O’ rings, screws/gaskets/ packing /studs etc. (ii) Engine oil shall be drained out carefully, collected by the contractor in his own suitable containers and stored properly for checking serviceability including cleaning of oil sump by pouring kerosene oil all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Fresh engine oil replaced for DG sets shall be supplied by the contractor as “ Supply only” and shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch ‘A’ . However, cost of filling is deemed to be included under the rates quoted by the contractor for above item.

M&L for overhauling of silencer assy after removing from DG set of any capacity, decarbonizes of silencer and extention pipe, cleaning repair to holes by gas welding, denting and reassembling the same to the gen set incl covering with asbestos rope of suitable diameter complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down radiator assembly of DG set of any capacity from engine mounting by opening water hose and nut bolt cleaning of radiator inside and out side with anti rust solution, checking the radiator by filling water and repairing for any leakage by brazing the radiator and ensure for no leakage Re- fixing the radiator at place including water hoses and refixing to exiting position all as direected by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down turbo charger from engine of DG set of any capacity for servicing and replacement of turbo kit complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down unserviceable alternator from engine of DG set of any capacity for servicing and replacement of carbon brushes, PCB and refixing after servicing of unserviceable parts and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable self starter 24 Volts for servicing and replacement of old carbon brushes, benteak, bearing and contact blades etc and refixing after servicing and replacement of unsv parts. (NOTE : Ben teak, bearing of alternator will be measured and paid separately)

Taking down unserviceable self starter 12 Volts for servicing and replacement of old carbon brushes, benteak, bearing and contact blades etc and re fixing after servicing and replacement of unsv parts (NOTE : Ben teak, bearing of alternator will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only self starter bearing suitable for 12/24 volts starter as per sample. Make :- NBC / SKF

Dismantling the fuel injection pump from engine block of DG set of any capacity disconnecting all fuel inlet and outlet lines, disconnecting the drive for carrying out repairs/ replacements including calibration, Re assambling of FIP and fixing back in position after repair / replacement of unserviceable parts all as directed for DG Set cap 15 kVA . Note :- Calibration of FIP complete shall be got done from manufacturer authorized dealer / workshop to entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge.

Material & labour for painting of LT distribution panel after doing complete pannel with scrapig and avoid foreign particales on LT panel, apply with one cat red oxide paint and two cats of synthetic enamel paint with colour as aper approval and made necessary repairing work like a welding work for panel legs and fixing hinges of Lt door pannel in orignial position all as all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

S & F in repairs, installation, commissioning and testing Polycarbonate ASTA CPRI approved OEM made main LT Panel. The panel shall be made of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES which should be UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, clause 10.2.4: The panel should be anti-acid & anti corrosive. Degree of protection against mechanical load should be IK08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262. The manufacturer shall share panel assemble by OEM, channel partner or sister concerned assembly will not accepted. DEGREE OF INGRESS PROTECTION IP 65 IN ACCORDANCE WITH IEC 60529. The gasket should be internally embedded made of polyurethane. The manufacturer of panel SHALL submit a copy of ASTA CPRI TYPE TEST REPORT of a board made out of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60439-1. The ASTA CPRI report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily Temperature Rise, Dielectric Properties, Short circuit withstand current – Rated peak & short time withstand current and Rated Conditional Short Circuit Current, Effectiveness of Protective Circuits.The board manufacturer must submit the copy of type test reports for Polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board only. Test Reports submitted of other material of construction like MS, SS will not be applicable. Each Board shall have individual routine test report of the manufacturer.
