PART A - CIVIL WORKS - UNDER GROUND DUCTING OF UTILITIES
Providing of 7- Way 40mm Multi Ducts with solid permanently solidly lubricated Silicore in inner layer for ICT fibre cables comforming to ASTMF 2160, ASTM D 2444 and /or equivalent indian standard. External Sheath shall be in Orange Color and shall be free from visual defects like blisters, shrink holes, flaking, scratches, groove lines & surface roughness. The outer layer colour of the 7 nos. PLB HDPE ducts shall be Green, blue, yellow, Brown, violet, Grey , Red for differentiation, middle layer shall be transluscent and the inner layer shall be having permanently lubricated lining of Silicore . Outer sheath thickness shall be 1.2mm 0.2mm. The inner surface of the multi channel ducts shall be straight ribbed & shall be of a configuration for faster installation of cables. Wall thickness(mm) of each of the ducts Excluding rib height shall be 2.9mm 0.3mm. Seven couplers every 100 meter for duct jointing shall be provided. The coupler shall be used to join two HDPE pipes. It should either snap fit or Split type. The jointing shall meet the air pressure test of 15 Kg/cm2 for a minimum period of 2 hours. 14 End Plugs every 100 meters of pipe length shall be provided. End Plugs shall be used to seal the end of ducts so as to prevent any ingress of water/dirt etc. testing and commissioning. The rate is inclusive of required specials and fittings wherever necessary. Providing & laying in existing trench HDPE Power Duct of OD 160mm. It shall have three concentric layers viz. outer layer, middle layer and inner layer with ribs. The outer layer shall be made of HDPE material in red colour, middle layer shall be made of HDPE in translucent (natural) and the inner ribbed layer of solid permanent lubricant (PLB) i.e. Silicore.The inner surface of the multi channel ducts shall be straight ribbed & shall be of a configuration for faster installation of cables. 100% virgin HDPE raw material shall be used. No regrind shall be used and the duct shall be sourced from ISO 9001,14001,18001 and ISRS audited manufacturer only.One coupler every 12 meter for duct jointing shall be provided. Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam : - For grading - II (26.5 mm nominal size) Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with a bituminous binder (VG 30) @ 4.0 to 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level, and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.
Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (NRMB) @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects For Grading -II (13.2 mm Nominal size).
