The Tenderer should have executed theworks / have experience in Any similar work in any of the following organizations during lastfive (5) years In any CentralGovt/StateGovt/PSUs/Govt bodies/MES/Railway/ CPWD/KPWD/Metro Rail Corporation Limited.Each Tenderer in its name should have in thelast five financial years i.e.,2021-22,2022-23 & 2023-24 2024-25.2025-26i) One (1) similarwork costing not less than the amount equalto Rs. 47.03Lakhs ii) Two (2) similar workscosting not less than the amount equal toRs.37.62 Lakhs iii) Three (3) similar workscosting not less than the amount equal to Rs.28.22 Lakhs. Note:(1) Similar Works means Any Civil Works.(2) Substantially completedworks means those works which are at least 90% completed as on the date of Tender submission (i.e. gross value of work done upto the last date of submission is 90% or more of the original contract price) and continuingsatisfactorily.(3) Last five (5) years shall becounted from 28 days prior to the date ofsubmission of Tender.(4) In case the Tendererhas executed works/ contract for a client,which includes other works in addition tosimilar works, then the Tenderer shouldprovide a client certificate clearly indicatingthe amount of work done in respect of thesimilar work in support of work experience.
