Providing of Split Type Hi-Wall 1.00 TR (rated cooling capacity should not be less than 3000 kcal/hr or 12000 BTU/hr or 3500 W) split AC machine with inverter compressor technology operating on non-CFC refrigerant (R-410A/R-32/equivalent refrigerants), suitable for wall mounting, conforming to IS: 1391 (Part-II) specifications (evaporator and condenser coils shall be of pure copper), having not less than 3 (Three) Star Rating (latest applicable standard), operating on single-phase 230 Volt, 50 Hz AC supply, including supply of 3.0 m copper refrigerant piping (both suction and liquid lines), 3.0 m of 4 (four)-core electrical connecting cable, remote control unit including batteries, 16 Amp power top/plug, etc., complete. The unit shall be capable of performing: (a) cooling, (b) dehumidifying, (c) air circulation, and (d) air filtering, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Machine with Inverter Compressor technolgy operating on non-CFC refrigerant (R 410A/R-32/equiva lent refrigerants) suitable for wall mounting Conforming to Is 1391 (part -ii) specification (Evaporator & Condenser must be of pure copper ), not less than 3 (Three) Star rating(latest Standard) operate on Single phase 230 volts , 50Hz, AC Supply including supply of 3.00 mtr copper pipe ( both for suction & liquid line ) 3.00 m 4(four) core electrical connection cable,remote control unit in/c batteries etc complete capable of performing a) Cooling b) Dehumidifying c) Air Circulation d) Filtering as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Standard installation of 1.0 TR/ 1.5 TR & 2.00 TR capacity High Wall Split type Air Conditioner in/c providing & fitting fixing of electrical 16 amp industrial Top & socket for indoor units, repairing of drilled wall by cement mortar, painting In/c necessary insulation of copper pipes etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fabrication of M.S. platform for placement of condensing unit by using M.S. angle of base plate as per manufacturer standard design, nuts & bolts or cradle of suitable sizes i/c painting, fitting, fixing grouting by cement mixer as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and installation of additional length of copper pipe of suitable diameter for suction and liquid line between indoor and outdoor units (for 1 TR ,1.5 TR & 2 TR AC) beyond the standard length as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and connecting Electric Control cables between MCB to indoor/outdoor. 3C X 2.5 Sq. Mm Copper Cable.

Providing & Fitting fixing of best quality 1 inch or 25 mm dia UPVC pipe including necessary clamping for draining of condensate water from indoor unit as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing of Vertical split AC unit of cooling capacity not less than 13000 watt (±10% variation) equivalent to approximately 46,000 BTU/hr (±10%) with hermitically sealed compressor operating on R22 / R-410A / non-CFC equivalent refrigerants, suitable for floor mounting, suitable for operation on 3 Phase AC supply capable of performing A) Cooling, B) Dehumidify, C) Air circulation, D) Filtering, etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Installation and commissioning of vertical split AC unit with vaccumising, nitrogen pressure testing, first charge of refrigerant including providing Refrigerent & cable connection from MCB to Outdoor/indoor etc. (upto 3mtr) and necessary cement plastering of holes complete as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.
