Supply and fixing factory made uPVC door frame made of uPVC. extruded sections having an overall dimension (extruded section profile) 48x40 mm (tolerance ± 1 mm), with wall thickness 2.0 mm (± 0.2 mm), corners of the door frame Jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless steel screws, joints mitred and Plastic welded. The hinge side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized M.S. tube of size 19 X 19 mm and 1mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness and 3 nos. stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete all as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Casement door with 3D hinges made of (big series) frame 67 x 64 mm & sash 67 x 110 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of door upto 2.10 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, zinc alloy (white powder coated) 3D hinges and one handle on each side of panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear, cylinder with keeps and one side key, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws, etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Glass shall be paid separately)

S&F 5.5mm thick frosted, on one side Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty / EPDM gasket in square exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 5.5mm frosted/acid-etched glass strip of approved size and thickness with DRDO logo sandblasted/laser engraved at top portion, including edge finishing, necessary beading (wooden/aluminium/uPVC as applicable), rubber packing, screws, sealant, and fixing in panels/partitions/doors complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. including Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured/printed Virified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick area of each tiles exc 0.42 sqm but not exc 1.00 sqm, laid in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile laid over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L coloured/printed Virified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick area of each tiles exc 0.42 sqm but not exc 1.00 sqm, as in vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
