Providing, laying, Wearing 63 to 45mm ( Sixty three to forty five milimetre) nominal size Grading-2, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel 80-100 Kn. in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per technical specification Clasue 405 as per directions of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials, within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 Kg. (Zero deciman two five to Zero deciman three zero Kilogramme) per Sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503, as per directions of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30mm thick (Thirty milimetre) with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes ( Seventy five Tonnes) per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-10) @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollers to achive the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 in all respect as per the direction of Engineer- in -charge, including entire carriage of materials, within all leads, lifts other incidentals.The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the government.
