Repairs to 400KVA voltage stabilizer unit no.03 at lift irrigation scheme Zandfarn at site by way of removing all incoming and outgoing connections, then opening the lid of voltage stabilizer, taking out assembly carefully from container without any damage with the help of skilled labour and other tools & tackles.

Providing and fitting male & female bush cup to 400KVA voltage stabilizer

Providing and fitting of 20mm LT brass bush rod to 400KVA voltage stabilizer.

Providing and fitting of 300 sqmm copper thimbles for connecting internal connection of stabilizer with bush rod with the help of skilled labour, hydraulic crimping tool, tapping etc.

Replacement of damaged insulation of connection leads with new one with the help of skilled labour, other tools & tackles , cotton tape, etc. for the completion of work

Assembling of all parts of voltage stabilizer, connecting of leads of all incoming and outgoing connections.

Providing and filling of T-oil for topping to stabilizers at site

Repairs to connection box of 225 HP motor of lift irrigation scheme Kitchama unit no.02 by way of replacement of damaged connection plates with nuts & bolts as per sample. The job also includes the charge for servicing /maintenance of 250HP ATS Starter by way of removing of accumulated carbon from contact points of all contactor by applying carbon tetra chloride active chemical to make the surface clean. Adjustment of all protection devices, removing of dirt , dust and other greasy substance with the help of highly volatile thinner/acetone and blowing of compressed air inside the starter compartment with the help of skilled labour tools & tackles.

Repairs to 300HP Starter unit no.02 at L.I.S Zandfarn Zogiyar by way of: Disconnecting of fully automatic Autotransformer Starter from the main circuit dismantling of damaged parts from the starter which comprises of following job. a) Providing/fitting & Testing of Single Phase preventer with Phase unbalance ,phase failure Phase Reversal protection relay voltage range 415V Ac 50Hz.(01 no) b) Providing and fitting of new Voltmeter & Ampere meter of reputed make (01 no each.) c) Providing, fitting & Testing of Contactor Field Coil to MNX 550A 415volt 50HZ. The Electromagnetic Contactor assembly coil voltage range 240V Ac. (01 no). The starter should be tested on full load after proper repairs at site.
