Charpoy hard top :- (i) MS Pipe 32mm dia, 1.6mm thick for leg, 65mmx25mm rectangular 1.6mm thick for long rail and short rail, 25mm squre 1.6mm thick stiffners under 12mm plywood and stiffeners between legs to the short side shall be used. (ii) MS plate 32x32x5 welded at bottom of leg & under which 3mm thick rubber sheet fixed with adhesive. (iii) Plywood 12mm commercial make of ply Greenply /Kitply/Century IS-303 (BWR) grade for the top shall be fixed with round head nut & bolt of size 90x6mm with washer as approved by GE . (iv) All steel work shall painted with two coats of black spray painting over a coat of red oxide primer. (v) F I clamps of sizes 20mm x 3mm shall be provided at each leg of charpoy hard top for holding FMN set . (vi) Rest all as specified and shown on drgs and approved by GE.

FMN Set for Charpoy hard top :- (i) FMN set shall be provided of MS conduit pipe with sytnthetic enamal black paint (asian). (ii) Rest all as specified and shown on drgs and as approved by GE.

Rack Rifle for 10 rifle :- (i) All wooden work shall be 1st class harwwood well seasoned indian shisham wood with high class finish to french polish and steel work to be painted with sythetic enamal black paint. (ii) MS Channel 18 gauge shall be provided. (iii) MS sliding strip shshall be provided . (iv) All joints & fixing shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship and specifications. (v) Rest all as specified and shown on drgs and as approved by GE.
