Chemical Earthing including digging of pit of size 2.5 Mtr depth and make hole of size 150 mm. Placing of earthing electrode (to be supplied by contractor), connecting the same with G.I. Strip (to be supplied by contractor) of size 35x6 mm for a minimum lenght 6 m. treatment of soil with highly condctive substance as per IS 30343 complete in all respect, result of earthing resistance to be recroded in M.B. before and after installation of earthing. The earth resistance after earthing should be less than 1 Ohm.

Fabrication of MS Channel angle iron etc in required sizes with drilling of holes upto good finish for top channel, bracing and special type bracket etc. as per RESPO schedule and local approved drawing.

Excavation of earth for pole pit of size 0.9x0.6x1/6 of full length of pole for erection of pole in all types of soil including proper dressing of sides and ramming of bottom including etting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed complete work.

Erection of SP-55 single support pole in proper level and alignment along with fixing of all accessories like top channel & clamps as per RESPO manual.

Grouting of pole in size 0.45x0.45x1/9 of the support in CC ratio 1:4:8(1 cement:4 graded stone20 mm niminal size: 8 coarse sand) block including cost of cement, sand and stone ballast back filling of soil and boulders in pit and ramming and proper alignment, levelling as per RESPO cnstruction manual

Muffing of poles size 0.45x0.60 cm radius with 1:3:6(1 cement:3 coarse sand :graded stone 10 mm nominal size) block size 45 cm height from ground level including cost of cement, stone and sand etc.

Painting of SP-55 pole with angle and channel and all steel part by one coat of Red Oxide Primer and two coats of aluminium Paint and two strip of fluorescent altemate Red and White paint 30 Cm wide upto 1.5 Mtrs. From ground level.

Providing and fixing of Danger Board and number plate complete by providing clamps of M.S. Flat 50x6 mm and Nuts & Bolts, danger Boards of M.S. Sheet 2 mm Thick 11''x7'' size (Including cost of all material).

Cartage of ST pole SP-55 Poles from store centre to construction site with loading, unloading at both points and proper stacking.(Distance 0-20 Km)
