Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 135' high polygonal cross sections (twenty sided) Flag mast. Mast shaft shall be in 4 sections having thickness top 4mm, middle 5mm & bottom 6mm, hot dip galvanised having top dia 200mm & bottom dia 700mm and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 (180km/hr) along with shaft of size 1000 mm x 300 mm for maintanance and erection of the flag mast with the help of suitable equipment's and assembly of operating system.. It includes provision for a FRP ornamental finial LED single dome System and including PU Painting of Flag Mast shaft with a coating of etch primer, primer and PU paint. The Flag Mast shall be continuously tapered, polygonal cross sections (twenty sided) with the pulley box arrangement at the top & with 800mm to 1100mm overlaping. The LM6 Aluminum pulleys with bush bearing mounted through shaft shall be suitable to accommodate wire ropes and multi core trailing cable. The structure gives good visual appearance and is based on proven design confirming to TR-7, to give assured performance, reliability and service.
